started in the title industry in 1985
beginning work as a messenger
and in customer service at Ticor
Title. He then joined First American,
where he assisted in open orders
and managed customers. Before
joining NextAce, Moreno also was a
part of the subdivision desk at Orange Coast Title. Moreno says: “The
technology part of what we do at NextAce is amazing. It searches,
examines, and creates the final product, saving a lot of time! This is a
win-win situation for all title companies.” (QA Associate)
Jan Roge rs
started in the title industry in 1986. Her
experience includes typist,
reconveyance clerk, title assistant and
most recently production department
supervisor. "I first used NextAce while
supervising the production staff at
Chicago Title and it made an immediate
positive impact on our service times
and efficiency. Because information is captured directly from imaged
documents, the incident of clerical errors is virtually non-existent and
the efficient turn-time for completed orders is reliable and
consistent." (QA Associate)
Liz Chava rria
is no indus t ry rook ie. Her
employment in the title industry
began in 1976 at Ticor Title where
she was a doc puller and became an
asset to the commercial and
industrial division as a searcher. She
continued as a searcher at Chicago
Title, before becoming knowledgeable with payoffs at Cal Counties.
Her payoff experience continued at Gateway Title, Fidelity National
Title, and Orange Coast Title. Chavarria says: “This technology is a
plus for saving money in the title industry. In the past, I worked with
tons of papers and waiting at the printer for documents. Paperless
technology is where it ends. This truly is the wave of the
future!” (Reviewer)

Our associates utilize the TitleEDGE Production System combined with a dual monitor setup that allows
them to validate information from the taxes, property run (chain of title), name run (general index), and the
documents themselves. As they navigate through each field from every document, the system automatically
highlights that same information from the exact page and document from where it was retrieved.
began his career in the title industry
in 1982 where he started as a payoff
clerk at World Title. Grimes moved
on to examining at Fidelity National
Title and United Title before working
at Ticor Title on TSG’s, recordings,
and residential examining. Before
joining NextAce in 2006, he continued his experience at First
American and New Century. Grimes says: “The technology NextAce has developed is unlike anything I have worked with before.
For NextAce’s customers, automation has become an important
advantage over the competition. For companies looking to cut
costs, this is the product!” (Reviewer)
We produce title products for nearly 100 different title operations. Meet some of our production associates, view their experience, and read about their thoughts on the Title EDGE process.

1986 at First American Title in
customer service. He continued this
skill to Ticor Title, United Title and
Landwood Title. During his tenure at
Landwood Title, Cherri focused
primarily on farming as well as
typing prelims and policies. Before joining NextAce in 2008, Cherri
worked for Land America Title where he became a title officer. Cherri
says: “NextAce has created a drastic change in the searching
procedure and it’s unlike anything I have ever seen. The automation
pulls out only vital information, making the process much faster,” he

Optima Title Solutions where in
2001 she began as a typist,
proofreader, and searcher before
building her skills to become an

NextAce has
processed title orders in over
150 counties including refinance, resale,
limited coverage, foreclosure, and TSG
products. Our technology utilizes patent
pending algorithms that allow us to access
information from title plants, private and
public data sources, as well as our
customer’s production systems.
Information from the documents related to
each file is automatically extracted and
integrated with your specific underwriting
guidelines, templates, and codebook. This
information is compiled and delivered
directly into your production system
including taxes, title, name search,
documents, and maps. Our average
completion time is less than one hour.

previously worked at Southland Title

searching, and date downs. Curry
later became an asset to
AmeriQuest Mortgage Company
where she cleared post closing,
disbursement, and vesting issues. Curry says: “What is so different
about what NextAce does is the ability to do extraction from the
documents saving a lot of manpower. Docs are pulled and important
information is found right away. The best part is NextAce is able to
provide a variety of products, catering to the customer’s needs.” (QA

become a great asset to the company’s quality assurance and
reviewing team. Hill says, “The normal production process for the title
industry takes a lot longer to deliver a product. NextAce has the ability
to deliver title process improvements that are an asset to the title
industry’s growing need for cost savings.” (QA Associate and

Guardian Title where he worked in
customer service, searching, and

continued at First Southwestern, United Title, Fidelity National Title,

fast.” (Reviewer)

and time for our customers. The quality of automation combined with
our hands on review gives the product the final touch. With attention
to detail, we are completing thousands of processed orders each
week,” said Reyes. “That gives me and the team a great deal of
satisfaction.” (First NextAce QA Associate and Reviewer)

The technology component of Title
EDGE completes the search, taxes,
map, and extraction in an average of
less than six minutes. The order is then
queued for our quality assurance team
that uses a five step process to insure the
accuracy and completeness of each order.
During peak production periods, we
process a title order every 12 seconds.
