MISS BANBURY CROSS International Burlesque Show stopper, true vintage beauty, Miss Banbury
Cross oozes the glamour of Hollywood's Golden age, and the sass and
decadence of the late 1950s. Banbury began her career as an
international showgirl in 2008 and has quickly become the shining star of
European Burlesque.This Blonde Bombshell and Pin-Up has been dubbed
the "Neo Marilyn" of Burlesque, she was voted #25 of the 50 best
burlesque performers in the World and was selected to compete in the
Miss Exotic World and Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas in 2012. The Burlesque Cake
Welcome to Burlesque Cake - dedicated to the giant pop out cake used
by International Burlesque sensation and superstar, Miss Banbury Cross.
The Cake is an iconic burlesque prop, being featured on the stage and
screen for decades.
Teamed with her signature Champagne Showgirl routine Banbury creates
the perfect celebration surprise, jumping out of her Giant Pink Cake to
energetic vintage show tunes. This number can be tailored to your
event, simply just performing a classic reveal or with the addition of
Singing in the style of the iconic Happy Birthday Mister President.
DUSTY LIMITS
Dusty Limits, also known as Dorian Black, is a singer, comic and compere
and one of the leading lights the *new cabaret* scene. Time Out, who
featured him as a cover model in their special edition on the resurgence
of cabaret, described him as *The Trailblazer*, and he has surprised and
thrilled audiences from London to New York, Dublin to Berlin with his
three-octave vocal range and darkly scintillating wit. He sings everything
from Cole Porter to Portishead, often with the words changed, as well as
his own original songs that deal with themes of mortality, addiction and
the futility of love. Usually for laughs.
He has performed in cabaret in the UK and abroad for over a decade,
appearing on some of the great cabaret stages - the Cafe de Paris, Joe*s Pub, the
Famous Spiegeltent, Don*t Tell Mama, and many more. He has performed
every year since 2003 at the Edinburgh Fringe both as a host of the
legendary Bongo Club Cabaret (*the best Emcee at the Fringe, by a
country mile* (Scotsman) and in his own one-man shows:

KITTY BANG BANG
Kitty Bang Bang is the whisky-soaked, fire-breathin', chopper ridin'
Princess of British Burlesque. A cabaret chameleon, she manages to
encompass both traditional 50s glamour puss and the electric energy of
rock n roll. Originally trained in ballet and classical jazz, Kitty draws
upon a twenty-two year acquisition of performance skill to deliver her
highly choreographed and spectacular stage shows. Be it roaring onstage,
breathing flames astride her custom chopper motorcycle or bursting out
through her giant magazine cover in a Westwood inspired ball gown Kitty
always delivers something polished, original and doubtless the evening
will go with a... BANG!
A star of international proportions, Kitty has performed around the globe
and continues to tour extensively, taking vaudeville to new and exotic
locations. She can lay claim to featuring in the first ever Bollywood film
to contain burlesque and was also one of the very first burlesque
performers to headline an official Venice Carnival soiree. Kitty has
featured in publications as diverse as The San Francisco Chronicle, The
India Times, Maxim India and FHM.
Kitty Bang Bang is also an accomplished choreographer and producer.
Choreography credits include Trash City at London's famous Roundhouse
venue and scenes for ITV2's Secret Diary Of A Call Girl. She also books,
produces and directs all of the entertainment for Circus. A high concept,
Tom Dixon designed venue in the heart of London.
URBAN GROOVE
This funky collective is a much-needed shot in the arm for today's club and
corporate entertainment market. They deliver a wide variety of music taking
in Hed Kandi, Café Del Mar for openers and then quickly move through dirty
disco, pop, contemporary chart and twisted concoctions. Made up of three of
the finest names in popular music today these guys are second to none when
it comes to live music.
Aside from regular cutting edge club work at Home House, Gilgamesh and
Amika Max Elliott is well versed in the inclusive performance world and
understands the delicate balance between accessibility and fashionable
content.
Alongside our DJ is the stylish percussionist, Rich Ramsay who has played with
many international artists including Avril Lavigne, Fedde Le Grand, Blue, Sam
Young, Steve Smart (Kiss FM) as well as Eminem. He has performed on some of
the biggest stages including the Brits, Party in the Park and the Smash Hits
Awards. Alongside this he has had 3 top 10 singles including performances on
Top of the Pops, CD:UK, Popworld, T4 and MTV.
Graeme Blevins on saxophone is a slick performer spearheading the new wave
of fearless performers who have taken the jazz world by storm. He
effortlessly mixes traditional jazz licks with a fresh approach to the genre. As
an artist he has received rave reviews in the national press with his original
take on improvisation.
You can also upgrade Urban Groove and utilize the rising roster of female
performers who are setting London's club scene alight. Female sax, DJ or
percussion is a great way to give this great act a funky twist.

THE GIANT BIRDCAGE
The Giant Birdcage is a stand-alone, breath taking show and/or
meet and greet installation of up to 3 hours. Either built on a
stage/ plinth or suspended above your event space shrouded in
a black silk cloth ready to be unveiled to the surprise of your
guests.
What a truly spectacular way to meet and greet guests or
entertain during a champagne reception; a beautiful, Giant
Birdcage lit up in the colour palette of your event, dressed in
flowers (optional). Our aerialist performs a freestyle routine of tricks to the music
of your choice for up to 3 hours.

VICKY BUTTERFLY
Whether it's clouds of butterflies that fly out from her clothes as she
hovers en Pointe or a Kinetic glittering crescent moon, Vicky Butterfly's
beautifully choreographed routines take in everything from the ethereal
and the breath-taking to the macabre and the erotic. Her shows boast
influences including Anita Berber, Loie Fuller and Rita Hayworth to name
but a few. Her performances evoke influences from the Pre-Raphaelites and French
literature to Surrealism and more... The daughter of an Irish showgirl
and an eccentric Viennese aristocrat, her work reflects her bohemian
background: fusing classic glamour with dreams, innovation and an upto-date sense of fun and showmanship.
With sparkling reviews and frequent cover shoots for exclusive magazines
around the world, Vicky has performed in music videos and stadium
projections by top bands (including The Verve, Kings of Leon and Paul
Weller) and has added her unique style to film-sets as far away as
Bollywood!

SLAM! This amazing troupe of percussionists create an incredible spectacle of
sight and sound as they present their dynamic and exciting sets of highly
choreographed performance. The players use all sorts of objects to fuse
together driving arrangements played on ladders, traffic cones, cars,
exhausts, wheels, windows and anything else they can get their hands
on!
The Show
Starting within the audience as staff, audience members or security, the
Slam! artists melt into the pre-show chitchat, serving or ensuring guest
safety. The leading member of the team takes a well-timed fall and
discovers the percussive possibilities of his spilled tray or dropped
ladder. Brushing aside offers of help from the audience the downed artist
comes to life as a funky stylish drummer. From all four corners the
security staff replies in percussive answers to the lead players call. And
suddenly they turn the space into a vibrant, percussive experience.
This cast can involve anything that the guests or client requires in their
breath-taking shows and especially for tonight the guys will transform
into combats and fatigues to give a military feel to this stunning show.
Our cast of 5 bright performers and percussionists rock through 4
routines of ear-catching rhythm that will leave your guests gob-smacked.

MISS MAVRIK
2013 started with a world tour kicking off in Chile for Hedkandi. Further
bookings along with various productions and features are scheduled for
release later this year. Alongside of her dj work and radio work Miss
Mavrik turned her hand to the television studio, cast to appear in 6
episodes of ‘Peter Andre’s Bad Boyfriend Club’on ITV2. Acting on the
panel of judges she helped to decide who were the winning contestant’s
in the competition each week. The show was aired for 6 weeks
throughout summer.
She has also appeared as the face of Kam Dj Equipment and The OODJ,
while she shot the cover for Trend Music Magazine (Italy) and appeared
as the May calendar addition for Calendance Music Magazine (Italy). Miss
Mavrik is not only one of the key buzz names on the house DJ circuit to
date but she represents what hard work and talent sounds like. T
he abbreviated name ‘Miss Mavrik’ portrays exactly the brand that she
encompasses. An effortlessly cool, confident and independent individual.
Someone who does not abide by the rules and above all is a player of

XARAH XAVIER
At the tender age of 16 Xarah was scouted by Storm Models and thrust
into the world of international fashion. Travelling globally Xarah was
signed up to work with some of the biggest names in music and fashion;
Madonna, Marilyn Manson, Rankin, as well as countless T.V. appearances
and leading advertising campaigns.
In her early 20’s Xarah began to indulge her passion for the arts and
began to indulge her passion for the arts and became a fan of ‘the
needle’ starting to portray her love for Japanese and Asian art onto her
skin establishing a sublime creation that would later transpire into her
stunning burlesque stage acts.
As one part of the international burlesque duo, ‘The Sweet Harlots’
Xarah has previously performed for clients such as the late Amy
Winehouse, Paloma Faith, Gene Simmons, Prince, Mickey Rourke and
Outcast. Most recently Xarah has performed her unique style of
intoxicating and visually stunning solo burlesque acts at the ‘The Box’
Soho.
MISS POLLY RAE
U.K. Burlesque sensation Miss Polly Rae is best known as the star and
creator of West End and international burlesque cabaret extravaganza
‘The Hurly Burly Show’. Over the past 7 years she has established
herself as was one of the U.K’s leading Burlesque stars. She has taken
‘The Hurly Burly Show’, from a small stage cabaret in London’s Soho to
the heart of London’s West End.
In collaboration with some of the best in the business including
celebrated director and creative director William Baker (best known
for his work with Kylie Minogue). Miss Polly and her world class team
have achieved 3 successful seasons in the West End of London and
seasons in Sydney Australia and South Africa. As a solo artist, she is
distinctive among her peers as a talented vocalist who combines
traditional (Peggy Lee, Mae West, Marilyn Monroe) and exciting
rearrangements of contemporary (Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake,
Rihanna) songs with elegant dance and exquisite classic burlesque
striptease.
Miss Polly Rae has worked internationally for high profile brands
including Agent Provocateur, Roberto Cavalli, Roja Dove, Boucheron
Fine Jewellery, Diesel and has worked for artists such as Darren Hayes,
Kasabian and Westlife.
2012 saw the launch of Miss Polly’s new production ‘Between The
Sheets’ at London’s prestigious Hippodrome Casino which received high
critical acclaim.
Jessica Rabbit and Burlesque legend Gypsy Rose Lee combined, Polly
exudes a warm, cheeky personality, an incredible comic flair and
captivates her audiences with truly intimate, feel good, unforgettable
performances.
