Happy Autumn!
A Little Glimpse Into Our Tree House Play
September has been a joy, and October is,
likewise, full of promise. I want to thank all of you
lovely parents for your wonderful support. Your children
are all so fun to work with and that’s thanks to your
involvement.
I have begun making and printing a weekly
clipboard cover sheet with little notes about what we’re
up to that week, any information I might need from you,
and any pertinent reminders. I hope this page isn’t too
much of a hassle; the sign in sheet is just behind it.
I also renovated our classroom Parent Board in
order to present the information more effectively. On the
yellow board across from the door you’ll find lesson
plans, daily schedule, and information on how your
child’s day went (eat and rest time forms, an Our Day
form with all our day’s activities listed, etc). On the red
door are our sticker charts. And on the purple board, to
the right of the door, are school newsletters and a little
reminder board. I hope these changes make the
Keishawn exploring the science center animals while
Trip and Trey build a fortress in the block center and
Madeline prepares a tea party in the home center. We
love to learn new things in centers!

(anaranjado), over (encima), under (bajo), pumpkin
The Jell-O was fun to make and even better to eat!

A Reminder About Treats
With so many fun candy and food related holidays
approaching, I want to give a friendly refresher on center
policies on treats. We so appreciate any fun foods or
drinks that you wish to bring for our festivities! The
children love learning to celebrate each other’s
birthdays. So, just a reminder, any food brought to
school for the children to enjoy must be store bought,
not homemade. We are also a nut-free facility, so please
be sure any foods you bring are free from any peanuts or
other nuts, to protect children with nut allergies. Thanks
so much! And bring more cupcakes! 
