Introduction to curling
To get started, divide yourselves into teams of 3 and get your curling shoes ready.
Then listen-in as a former champion provides professional advice. Launch the 12 kg
stone to get it as close as possible to the "house“ (target). Your team mates will help
you guide the stone. To do this they will have to warm the ice using a broom!
After practice, it will be time for a proper game!

Simulated avalanche rescue
In this activity the focus is on the wilderness, team spirit, communication and
defining a strategy. Using an Arva search device, participants must locate a
transmitter that is buried in the snow in a specific area. They must then probe, find,
sense and guess where to dig up the transmitter!
Duration: 2.5 hours minimum
Teams: at least 10 people

Igloo building
Learn how to cut snow blocks and
build a roof. It cannot be done solo!

Cardboard car
Creating

Using the equipment available, each team builds a cardboard car to
accommodate a driver. Then you have to travel some distance with the vehicle a
little; ole ole!

Dominoes
Dominoes featured in our youth. It could be a good cohesion
exercise because success depends on planning, support,
communication and patience and the contribution of all.

"Improfolies": a theatrical improvisation
challenge
With the help of professional actors specializing in improvisation,
participants will be introduced to "theatrical improvisation
competitions" through fun and enjoyable exercises based on
techniques which focus on listening and working together.
Duration: 2 - 3 hours

The teams will be taking part in a particularly funny and sociable improvisation
competition. To win the event, they’ll have
to learn to play "with" the other person and not “against" them.

The hot springs at Val d’Illiez
Escape deep into the Pre-Alps, where you can enjoy a wellbeing session!
In this still-rural area, a natural river of warm water flows
through the pastures leading to the thermal waters of
Switzerland's charming village; Val d'Illiez. Nestled in lush
greenery and surrounded by majestic mountains, cross the
quaint wooden bridge and you will find yourself at the thermal
baths of Val d'Illiez!
The natural elements of sunshine, water, stone and wood
find perfect harmony in this space. The chalets, perfectly
integrated in the landscape, are located near the various
pools, rivers and waterfalls.
The thermal space features both indoor and outdoor pools,
a natural thermal river, a sauna and hammam area and a
spa centre.

Genuine casino roulette, boule and black-jack tables are attended to by professional
croupiers. Upon arrival, participants receive a pot with chips and fake tickets that will
allow them to play. In the end, the dealers account for gains of each player to determine
