AstroVac SR38 Central Vacuum Power Unit The AstroVac
SR38 is manufactured by Lindsay Mfg., bringing over 50 years
of central vacuum experience to the table. The AstroVac SR38
Central Vacuum Power Unit is powerful and quiet. The
AstroVac SR38 was designed with a strong Ametek Lamb 5.7"
2-Stage Flow-Thru motor, the highest quality motor available in
the central vacuum industry. This unit will handle homes or
businesses up to 6,000 square feet. You can be sure this
powerful unit will last for years to come. The AstroVac sealed
paper bag unit is known for superior filtration, using a two-layer
disposable paper bag. The bag has an inner liner which not
only gives the bag a longer life but also adds strength that
helps to reduce the risk of bursting. The liner also serves as an
electrostatic barrier. These paper bags are inexpensive and
can be changed easily, making vacuum maintenance easy.
With a 6.25 gallon bag capacity, you won't need to change
them very often, maybe only 2 times a year. The AstroVac
SR38 paper bag unit also has a unique baffle system, which
maximizes the useful filter area of the bag, providing large dirt
capacity and maximum performance.
