Congratulations to Emperor X David Royale and Empress X Erica Divine on the completion of
your Reign. I would also like to acknowledge your anniversary monarchs, Emperor II Robert
Mayd Boyz, Empress II Rose Royce Ryane, Emperor IX Max and Empress IX Jennifer Geddes. I
am very happy to have had my Canadian "listening tour" hosted by Surrey.
Fifty years ago a proud World War II Veteran, and even prouder homosexual Hispanic man,
named Jose Julio Sarria planted a seed in San Francisco in 1965 that grew into a vibrant Royal
Oak Tree with branches now extending across Canada, Mexico and The United States.... with
chapters in 68 cities of these 3 great nations.... we ARE the International Imperial Court
System of the Americas. Five years earlier, in 1961, Jose Julio Sarria became the first openly
gay candidate to run for public office in North America..... This IS the legacy of our beloved
Founder.
In the last 50 years the hard working court chapters and their volunteer membership have
helped build and support their individual GLBT communities...In so many cities it is the
Imperial Court Chapter and members who have helped establish community centers, student
scholarships, Pride Parades, pageants and contests, HIV/AIDS agencies, food banks, funeral
assistance funds and have gone on to become activists and leaders in the continuing fight for
GLBT equality...... This is YOUR/OUR legacy.
This year I proclaimed the year of celebration in honor of the Golden Jubilee, and I look
forward to seeing you all in The City of Roses, Portland OR, October 23 2015.
I pledge to each of you my continuing commitment to reclaim our Imperial Courts' rightful
place of respect and honor in the GLBT movement and history books.

Celebrating 50 Years of Noble Deeds
Our History
Way, way, back a decade and a half ago, in the then rural city of Surrey BC there were 4 musketeers that set
out to defy logic and prove that it was okay to be gay! Darlene Trewan, Linda Rennie, Robert Loewen and Martin Rooney held
the first ever open GLBTQ dance in a Greek Orthodox Church Hall in the middle of the then growing district of Fleetwood. What
were we called? Out in Surrey (OIS). It was held on February 14th, Valentine's Day and was attended by over 200 people,
including local politicians from all level of government, and was promoted as a benefit for the Bigots Banned Books Defense
Fund - a group of concerned parents and teachers that same sex family books were not being permitted in the Surrey School
district. All of this because of a challenge one night at a bowling league! The dances continued on a regular basis and one year
later in February 1999, when ted northe, the then Empress of Canada, had a vision and wanted to offer us an indirect way to be
recognized in what the drag world called the "court system". ted then granted the Principality of Surrey/Delta to the fledgling
OIS group under his mentorship and invested Martin Rooney as Imperial Crown Prince for Life - the crowned Monarch to "rule"
this kingdom. The support for this move was embraced within the local community and elsewhere. In 1999 OIS held the first
Surrey Pride event at Sullivan Hall and it consisted of a games day with a vendor fair and BBQ followed that evening by a drag
show and dance, and raised our first money for AIDS Tijuana. In 2000 we elected our first titleholders - Mr.& Ms Gay Surrey who
were totally embraced by the other courts in the local area both in Canada and the Pacific Northwest of the US. In 2001 we
applied for and received Baronial Status within the International Court Systems under the mentorship of the Imperial Sovereign
Court of the Olympic and Rainier Empire, Seattle Washington, and 9 months later elected our first Baron and Baroness, Scott
Rhode and Onya Marx.......Following 3 elected Reigns of Baronial Rule, the International Courts System validated our request to
be just like "everyone else" and have Emperors and Empresses. In October 2004, The Founder of the International Court System,
Absolute Empress 1, Jose, the Widow Norton made a State Visit to our new Empire and crowned our first Emperor and Empress
Martin and Taylor Mayd and there began our journey into the world of Empires and international travel and networking. Surrey
has grown exponentially in the past 15 years and is now no longer the "red-neck" city it was back then. It is the 3rd largest city in
Canada, is the fastest growing city in Canada and is now a city that embraces diversity and a Mayor and council that are working
hard to encourage people to embrace equality for all. In 2007 Emperor Martin was denied entry to the US as he was HIV + and
with the Court of Surrey, local and international politicians and the International Court system the travel ban was lifted effective
January 4th 2010. Recently, November 30 2014, EPAMA co hosted the largest single one night benefit (Red Ribbons 4 Life VII) in
the history of the GLBT community in the Fraser Valley - $20,000 donated to Keys Housing and Solutions. And $1,000 to AIDS
Tijuana. As you will see, we had our ups and downs - our successes and our realization that to survive playing the game of court
we had to rebrand, and put a trademark in place that makes the Monarchy relevant today in the community and to the potential
candidates, and ensure that what we do benefits charities and embracers ALL sections of the community we live in. Now follows
the story of the Imperial Reigns I through X in their own words, please read and enjoy the memories and legacies of the first

Unfortunately during the reign Empress Plastika resigned her position due to personal health issues. Her Co - Princesses Joycelynn & Erica
completed the year and reign on behalf of the Court of Surrey and hosted the Annual Coronation Ball.

It was during this year that the Court of Surrey under the guidance of the Queen Mother, Nicole the Great, rebranded EPAMA,
had new bylaws placed, returned the court to the community making the court viable and relevant and mandated fundraising
and awareness.
September 2011 Martin and Rose served as Monarchs Regent during this process. Eight weeks prior to Coronation they were
both granted their titles with full rights and privileges.

Your Most Imperial Majesties Empress Nicole the Great, Empress Erica Divine and Emperor David
Cook Royale, visiting Monarchs, Court members, Ladies and Gentlemen. Good evening, and welcome
to the Court of Surrey’s Coronation Ball XI, “An Evening with Mafia Kings and Burlesque Queens”.
The Court of Surrey is honored to have a state visit by Empress Nicole the Great, Queen Mother of
the Americas, to our Coronation during the Golden Jubilee Year of the International Court System.
It has been another successful year of raising funds for local charities, and noble deeds for the Court
of Surrey. Members of the Court, and Board distributed donated clothing to the homeless in Surrey,
and other parts of the realm. In the summer heat, hundreds of bottles of water were provided, and
on Christmas Eve, snacks and blankets were given out to the homeless of Surrey’s downtown centre.
To the members of the Board of Directors – I would like to give my thanks for all your hard work and
dedication. We make a great team.
To our Emperor and Empress, David and Erica – You traveled near and far. I know you both made
many long lasting friends along the way. Thank you for your service, and representing the Court of
Surrey so well.
To our Imperial Crown Prince and Princess, Boyd and Joycelynn – you both performed your duties
well.
To our candidate, Amanda – Always remember… “All for one, and one for all”.
My congratulations to our past Monarchs, celebrating their Decade – Emperor II, Robert Mayd Boyz

It is with great honour that am here to night to celebrate the completion of an amazing year for the
court of Surrey. To the upper house I say congrats on a job well done, I understand the sacrifice and
hard work that goes into the making of a successful year. Your dedication to the court, your
monarchs and the city of Surrey has not gone unnoticed. Wish I could have been more active and
joined you more on your adventures.
H.M.I.S.M Emperor 10 David Also a true gentleman and even more so a good friend, thank you for
your support over the years and for understanding the situation that arose this year. I am grateful to
call you a friend and to have you as a part of my life. Friends forever, congrats this evening and sit

willingness to keep me on as half even through the rough times, I am so proud of all you have accomplished not only this year,

Erica, thank you so much for asking me to be your American Half-Empress. Your “Capo to the
Empress” It is has always been a pleasure to see you this year and in years past. I was so happy to
come up and be a part of your year and the Half-Show. I was especially happy to have you come to
my house and stay when you were down in our area in the states. You and Boyd are always
welcome! I am looking forward to more visits soon.
It was an extreme honor to be a part of the tenth reign in Surrey. It had even more meaning as I
was part of the original group from Seattle that helped Surrey become a Court. I remember those
trips up here at Martin’s house going over the basics of where, who and how to start forming what
you now have today.
Although we don’t have Half-Empresses in Seattle, I understand the amazing tribute this title means to you and your year. I
hope I have done you proud. You are an excellent representation to your community. I want you to know that I admire the way
you always have a smile, you treat everyone with so much kindness and respect. I will always be here for you in any way I can.

You have both worked very hard this year and should be proud of what
you have achieved. Your reign was “Expansion of the Arch” and
you have done just that! You have Expanded our Court events into
other areas of our Empire, Reaching out to past members as well as
Attracting new ones. You have Represented the Court of Surrey at many
other Courts by Travelling far & wide some would say you put a lot of
“miles” on this year, but that was only David (Tsk Tsk)(Sorry your
Majesty).
For Reign 10 this was a milestone for Surrey, getting into double digits Thank you for your dedication to our Court this
year and especially for the friendship that we will carry on for many decades to come.

Joycelynn & Boyd you did what a Prince & Princess are supposed to do Show up, support your Majesties and
always look majestic Jocelynn I sure hope you continue on and aspire to one day be our Empress of Surrey!
Court of Surrey You all are a second family. It amazes me each time we are together how many people in one
community can be so passionate about the” cause”. Each of you chooses to take the “high road” and set aside any
personal differences to support one another and our charities that we support.

year has had a lot of highs and lows , but mostly the high points , thanks to you all .
To my Upper House :
My Empress - You have truly given so much to this reign and have truly shown your talents and
grace. You have been a gracious partner ( wife ) and yes a truly amazing friend.Thank you for
sharing this year with me .( Special note to all that travel with this woman - if you think you
will be stopping to breaks - think again - this person has not mercy and a large bladder - so
note either bring a large bottle to pee in or go to the nearest emergency and get catherter
supplies you will need them - trust me.)

Thank you both for being my halfs and also mostly my friends. You both this year have been

Irene Black - MY DRIVER - you have truly been a large part of our reign this year, you have
supported my Empress and myself in attending events and travelling a lot of miles with us
both - you always made sure that the Empress and Emperor got to their destination on time

Greetings my fellow Monarchs, Dignitaries, Honored Guests and
Empress of the Americas Nicole the Great, thank you for joining us for
Coronation XI here in the beautiful Columbia Theatre in New West.
It has been a very busy, but most rewarding year as Empress X of the
Court of Surrey and EPAMA. When David asked me if I would consider
running to become Empress, I had to take some time to think if it was
the right time for me to do it. I had already been Empress 28 of
Calgary and was in the middle of celebrating my Decade Year at the
time when he asked. After taking a few weeks to think things over and
talking with my hubby and others, I decided it was a once in a lifetime
opportunity to celebrate my Decade in Calgary while trying to become
the Decade Empress of Surrey. So the stage was set and journey of the
year was planned out and what follows next are the memories that
were made.
May: Began the Reign the very next night after being crowned by
attending Vancouver BC Investitures and being named Sister Empress
to Emperor JJ Nation and Empress Kiki LaWhore. . Other events were
Miz. Adrien’s Drag Show in New West which I enjoyed doing every
chance I got. Thank you for all your support, advice, talks and help
with wigs throughout the year it truly meant a great deal to me. Drag
Roulette in Vancouver and had the chance to meet Adore Delona
from Rupaul’s Drag Race that was a fun night.
June: Was a busy month started with a Dance in Aldergrove put on by
the Fraser Valley Youth Society, which was also attended by my
Canadian ½ Empress Anita Lay. Investitures were held at The Byrd, a
New Venue for the Court this year and was a great place to start off of
theme for the year. The Empress Ball Celebrating the Life of ted
northe was held and attended by many who respected and loved the
man. Thank you Prince Adam for taking good care of Princess
Joycelynn and I. Took part in fundraisers for Pinoy Pride, Friends for
Life Bake Sale and attended functions for Surrey Pride, Mr Gay Surrey
T Dance and our AGM for Surrey. We also had the pleasure to have
EPAMA included in the Pride Exhibit at Surrey City Hall, a first for the
GLBTQ Groups to be showcased during Surrey Pride Week. Had the honor of taking part in the opening ceremonies with our upper house at East Side Pride.
July: Hosted the Kickoff for Surrey Pride and attended the festivities at Holland Park, then co-hosted Bellingham’s Pride show and took part in their Pride
Parade. Thank you Sydney Downunder for sharing your weekend with us, it was fun to party with you. Peter Storm, Brian Storm and Betty Desires it was
great to take part in the Picnic in the park and see such support for Pride. Boise’s Coronation was up next and was a road trip with Irene and what a blast
the weekend was. Rodney and Selena you two know how to throw a party. Tsunami it was a pleasure to spend time with you again. Got to spend time with
Mona Regina Lee, girl you are quite the handful and love you for it. Met my favorite 2 guys on the circuit on the bus tour Daddy Carl and Greg from Everett
you guys are the best guys to have around thanks for all the memories. Eddie Del Rey and Precilla Moore it has been fun getting to know you two hope to
see you again soon. Sasha Manhattan I see great things in your future keep up the great efforts. The month finished off with EPAMA Hosting Pride Night at
the Met Bar and Christmas in July with Martin Rooney. Always love the chance to do deep fried turkey and bingo at your home, thanks Rob Loewen for all
you do for us at your home.
August: Was a very busy month of travel, started off in Everett for Coronation TJ and Clarrisa thank you for a great weekend. Charles, Jag, Kim; Denny’s will
never be the same after the terrorist Darshun in the house. Rikki, Faye, Carl and Greg you four are my favorite family to visit and spend time with on the
circuit. Geri I keep you in my prayers, keep fighting my dear. Tempest, Madison, Johnny, Sister Merry, Victoria, Hayden so many more people it was a great
weekend. Rushed back to attend Vancouver Pride Parade and sat with Terry Wallace’s Family, he was one of the Founders of the Parade so it was an honor
to spend the Parade with them. Next was the Kickoff to New West Pride at the Heritage Grill followed by The Empress Tea in Miz Adrien’s beautiful back
yard, thanks to my Princess Joycelynn for all your hard work and to everyone who shared in the afternoon. The next weekend was Eugene Coronation
Topher and Jane two of the classiest people on the circuit; it was a pleasure to be at your ball. Brenda and Sherri my sisters who treat me so good, thanks
for the day on the lake and all great times, love spending time with you both. Daphne I have no idea where you get the energy to keep going, but I love
watching you work a room when you are Emceeing, thanks for being one of ours tonight. Emperor Cory thank you for taking care of me when I blew out my
knee cap, you were such a good friend to take my mind off the pain. Edmonton Coronation was next, Jeff and Dayzi what an incredible Ball Night it was a
pleasure to perform and take part in your night. Craig, JJ, Leah and Dee it was so much fun to catch up and spend some time and laughs together. Mr.
Toane; thank you for my CBT Beads as well as all the years of friendship plus being here tonight. Rene and Kelsey keep up the tremendous work you are
doing and keep having fun. The car ride there and back was way too much with “Rabbit, Squirrel and Tourette’s”. The month ended with the Emperor’s
BBQ once again in Miz Adrien’s yard, it was our last party there as she moved out the next month into her own pad.
September: Shows with the King & Queen of Hearts 2014 Moaning Lisa and DJ Mark started off the month for us at the Flamingo Lounge. Thank you both
for all the work and shows you hosted during the year and hope your health keeps improving Lisa. The Prince and I took a Cruise to Alaska and ended up
missing Coronations for Regina and Spokane but we do want to say we enjoyed our time with Kricket, Scooter, Chyna and Mitch as well as Bruce and
Avaughna and so glad that you are here tonight. Auntie T you are an amazing talent and designer and such a good soul to all, I am so glad you are here
tonight and yes the Table Cloth will be up for grabs this weekend. Polly Ester and Beyonce you two always bring a smile to my face when I see you both.
The month finished with the Entertainer of the Year Show at The Byrd, congrats Martin on a great job and Al Houston you have been a pleasure to watch as
the new EOY and look forward to tonight’s performance.
October: The Mr, Ms Gay Vancouver Pageant began the month, Della Devine and Kayla you both did a great job for your community. Turn about was up
next and was such a blast to put the Prince Boyd (my hubby) into Drag and see him and Emperor David strut their stuff on the stage for us. Portland
Coronation I ended up missing do to my passport not getting back to me from renewal. Vanessa Vail Peters you are such a blast to be around except when
you try to kill my liver. Ambrosia I have not got to spend a lot of time with you but I have enjoyed the time we have, hope to spend more soon. I did get a
chance to perform at a Fundraiser in Kamloops for Safe Spaces in a show put on by Amanda Luv and Sushi Bar. It was a wonderful evening and a joy to be
with Myria, Joycelynn, Della and so many others, looking forward to doing it again this year.
November: We started the month off in Mission hosting the Big Halloween Dance at The Stage, thank you Cory Cassel and Yosuke for introducing us to the
place. It was a fantastic night and such a great venue glad to see the drag shows are such a hit out there. Tacoma Coronation was next but thanks to Pink
Eye I missed it, but have truly enjoyed spending time with Jimi Cricket and Mulan Rouge on the circuit, and of course duckie too. P & P Ball in Vancouver
was next Adam, Tatiana and Eric it was fun to do the Masquerade Ball with you. The month ended with EPAMA being one of the sponsors of the biggest
fundraisers to date for Surrey, The Red Ribbons for Life raised over $20,000.00 for Charity. A huge congratulations to Martin Rooney, Susan Crape, Duane
Rose and team, looking forward to helping out more this year.
December: Hosted our annual Twisted Xmas show, while Emperor David and Irene were in Las Vegas sorry I missed it Leslie Michaels but I did enjoy our
times together, and know there will be more. We celebrated Wagon Burners next with Byron Longclaws, Desiree, and Al Houston and some many more
with a lovely dinner and show, thank you to the GVNCS for all your love and support this year. Finished the month in Everett for Empress Express with the
always fun Faye Funsize, Carl, Greg and Rikki. Then doing Miz Adrien’s Christmas Show in New West, was a great way to begin the holiday season.
January: The month began with the Introduction of Candidates for Mr and Ms Gay Surrey, followed by a weekend in Bellingham for Coronation. Congrats
Mahogany on stepping up, it was my pleasure to have been able to co-host the OOT Show for the Court and the Command on Saturday. Bellingham is like a
second home to me and love being able to support in any way I can. The month ended with the Gay Surrey Pageant, congrats to Mr Gay 2014 Luc on the
tremendous job on the bottle drive and year of service. Best wishes to Mr Gay 2015 Gary, I hope you have a wonderful year and I will be there for you.
February: Travel crazy month once again but oh it was so much fun. Seattle man do you throw a party, the hospitality will go down in my books as a wild
time and so many memories, pictures, people and VODKA. Catching up with Scott, Matt and Dion of my Calgary Days was a hoot. Eric and Rodeo, Bruce,
Barry and so many more thank you for the awesome weekend and remind me to book Betty Ford for the week after the ball as I am sure that Victor’s and
Shirley’s Party will be just as wild. San Francisco was up next been ten years since I was there, it was great to catch up with Fernando, China as well as Tiger
Lily who was amazing in her 10 year walk. Got to spend time with my Great Grand Children Robbie and Dee Frost from Calgary as well as friends from
Edmonton Kelsey and Robert, it was a wonderful trip. Also got to spend time again with my Everett family who I so love to be on the circuit with. Misty Blue
and John Soto what a beautiful team you made congrats on a fabulous year. Khmera and Kevin hope you have a wonderful year and hope to see you on the
circuit. Back at home hosted our Pride Night at the Met and Oscar Party while promoting that The Queen Mother Nicole the Great would be joining us for
Ball Weekend. The month ended with Toast to our new Mr Gay Gary and King and Queen of Hearts Pageant congrats to Mark and Lisa on a fab year and
best of luck to Jojo and Tyler for the year to come. I was in Bellingham for Investitures and Partied with my I-5 Family like always and was touched to be
named Bond Gurl of Surrey by Mahogany.
March: Attended the Emperor’s Turn about in Everett and what a fun time that was, Greg you looked incredible. Tarell and Hayden what a great job you
both did as emcees, especially since it was Hayden’s first time. Jimi you blew me away, I did not know it was you until duckie came out to play. It was so
much fun to be down and share in the night and all of the fun. Vancouver Coronation was next congrats to Kiki and JJ on a great year, it was a joy to get to
know you both and travel together. Sushi and Doug it was good to see you on your 20th together. Christopher Peterson all I can say is WOW. Vivian and
Buster 10 years sure go by fast it was great to see you both again. Our Diva Prince Adam I so love who and how you are, don’t ever change. Darshun it just
was not in the cards for you but I do believe you are destined for something good in the future. Mona always a treat to share some time with you and share
a laugh or two, you have such a sharp tongue on you. My sister Gale what can I say you have been a rock to me this year and you looked amazing. Raye
Sunshine thank you for all your help and tips this year I can’t wait to see what you do tonight. Eric and Babette congrats on stepping up, I hope you both
have a great year, call if you need anything. Our P & P held their Gala the next night at The Byrd and was great to see so many of the past reigns out and
especially Rose Royce who came out and joined us for the night. Salem Coronation was my next trip, thank you to Brenda, Sherri, Oren and Simply for your
friendship and hospitality it is so appreciated. Sapphire congrats on a great year you stood proud and made it. Rhea Range you are so much fun and I am so
glad that you were able to design a set of jewels for me in my favorite color thank you so much. Shirley Todae it was great to spend time with you and
bond plus share the imported water. To Team 38 have a wonderful year and congrats to so many who stepped up to keep things going. Our Turner/Boyz
Scholarship Show was up next congrats to our Decade Emperor Robert on a fantastic night of fundraising. Prince Zac and Emperor Scott it was so good to
have you host and keep us in stitches all night. Paige Turner thanks for your donation and keeping us in your hearts, you are sure missed here. The last stop
was Seattle P & P Ball and Investitures, Sister Merry you are a class act and one I truly enjoy being around, thank you for the love and support award and
congrats on a job well done and going for it again with Nick Storm. Madison, Mulan, Jimi and Victor it was nice to spend some time together before the
event, I truly do enjoy getting to know you all more. My Everett Boys and Daddy always enjoy our time together. Shirley thank you so much for the Sister
Empress Title, like I said always share my imported water LOL. Dominiue St Laurent what a classy and beautiful person, I am so honored you are here
tonight.
April: Spent my Easter weekend on the I-5 in Salem doing the Revue, Brenda and Sherri do you girls eve throw a party, thanks for including me in the
fundraiser for the Humane Society. Oren and Simply the hospitality extended to Boyd and I was amazing as were the new Hair-dos I love them. Scarlett and
Lex was so much fun spending time together, can’t wait for shows together. Faye and Rikki thanks so much for sharing Easter dinner with us, you are so
sweet to us, love you both. Introduction of Candidates and Crowns and Gowns Gala was a wonderful night, best of luck Amanda and Rose thanks for joining
us for the night at the Girls only table. Miz Adrien thanks for the awesome show night in New West it was a pleasure to get ready with you and share some
laughs. Calgary Coronation is old home weekend for me and it did not disappoint on any levels from spending time with my personal family to sharing in R &
D Frost’s awesome night. Thanks for the Dias request and was a pleasure to sit with my dear friends Avaughna and Kelsey as well as sexy Perry. It was also
a joy to be there and see Dion rise to Emperor again more even more special to be there and see my Emperor XXVIII Alexander DeKnight be crowned
Empress XXXIX as Shauna Starr. We have come so far over the last 11 years and I am proud to call you my Emperor and now my Sister Empress. So many
others that was wonderful to see, but not enough space, but know I love you all still. David and Irene my travel mates OMG do we ever make road trips fun
travelling together, thanks for bringing my ass back home. Irene so sorry about your “short comings” but really shut the f*&K up in the backseat.
May: My message was submitted to the program before the start of the month but, Tarell I am positive your step down will be amazing just as you are, it
will be my pleasure to sit on the dais and share your night. JJ and Brandon you are two of the sexiest and sweetest guys to ever come out of Vancouver,
Wash. Thanks for always being so kind to me. Hayden I am also sure your step-down will be amazing and it is my honor and pleasure to me a person of my
word and share in your evening. Thank you Victoria and the Board of Tacoma for changing your event date to not be the same night as my step-down.
Bobby Drake I am sure your 40th will be amazing, can’t wait to see it. Mulan and Jimi see you soon, love spending time with you both.
My Board of Directors: Bruce thank you for stepping up as President this year, I know it was an adventure for you and I appreciate all that you have handled
and done this year. Irene you have proven yourself as a power house at sales, a faithful chauffer, a crazy party girl with a mouth of a sailor, and a good
friend thanks for being VP. Melissa you came in nervous but held on and have been a great assist to the board in keeping the cash flow balanced and always
a pleasure to be at the door with, love you. Lois our faithful secretary thanks for all the minutes, and prizes supplied by you and Emperor Max, plus the
surprise stage performances every now and then. Martin you and I have always managed to be able to speak Emperor to Empress through highs and lows,
and also been able to talk as Martin and Doug, thank you for all you do, but seriously take some time for you too. Susan you are a jack of all trades; a
performer, designer, a peace keeper, a hard worker and someone who can always be counted on. Luc sometimes shy, but not for long thanks for your help
on events and raffles and for always having a smile for me when I need it. Gary the new guy on the block I am sure your talents and drive will be a great
assist to this board; I hope the year is all you make of it.
My Princess: Joycelynn Starr what can I say but Thank you for everything this year, from sewing, to designing and decorating, prizes and raffle supplies, daily
talks and keeping my sanity. You and I started out as Calgary girls, then moved to BC at the same time, did a year as Co-Princesses and there was no one
else that I wanted to have as my Princess this year. You are my best friend through thick and thin and if you ever decide to go for the Big “E” with Gerald’s
blessing I will be there for you.
My Prince: Boyd Divine you are more than a Prince you are my Hubby and Soul Mate, I still can’t believe that David got you to do Prince this year. You have
been a background guy for so many years I know that this was a new role for you and you did it beautifully. From keeping me sane, and driving us to shows
and events, to letting me do this Empress title for a second time, you are the most caring and giving man I know. Thank you for everything you do and have
done and continue to do, now let’s relax and find all the rooms of the house again. I love you my daddy man. Mwhahhhhhhhhhh.
My Half Empresses: Anita Lay thank you for joining me on this crazy ride, we once reigned at the same time in Calgary when I was Ms Gay and you were
Empress, I knew from then that if I ever did this in another city you were going to share it with me. I know this year has been a challenge for you, but I am so
proud of you and honored to be your sister. I love you. Madison Lane you and I have gotten to know each other over the years of me out here on the coast.
You are a person I have admired and have the utmost respect for as you have done so much and are there for so many. Thank you for being my American
Half and sharing your home, advice and talents with me this year.
My Emperor: David, well here we are the end of the Reign. When you asked me to do this I was worried that I would let you down or have you regret asking
