RANCANGAN PROPOSAL
SEMINAR DAN WORKSHOP APLIKASI NANDA, NOC, NIC DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN
ISDA DAN ICRM DALAM RANGKA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS ASUHAN
KEPERAWATAN
I.
Latar belakang dan pentingnya seminar dan workshop
Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan perawat merupakan salah satu bekal bagi perawat untuk dapat
memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas melalui proses keperawatan. Asuhan
keperawatan perlu di dokumentasikan sehingga dapat menjadi bukti tanggung gugat perawat.
Pendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan perlu memperhatikan kebijakan yang telah ada dan
akan diberlakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia.
Salah satu usaha untuk dapat mengukur kualitas asuhan keperawatan adalah dengan
menggunakan standar Bahasa keperawatan, standardized nursing language (SNL).Salah satu
standar bahasa keperawatan adalah NANDA – yang terdiri dari kumpulan diagnosis
keperawatan, NOC (Nursing Outcome Classification) – yang merupakan kumpulan dari label
outcome dan NIC (Nursing Intervention Classification) – yang merupakan kumpulan dari label
intervensi keperawatan. NANDA dapat disetarakan dengan ICD (International Classification of
Disease) yang digunakan untuk medis, sementara NANDA merupakan label diagnosis
keperawatan yang digunakan oleh perawat di dunia.
Penggunaan NANDA sangat penting bagi keperawatan dikarenakan dengan adanya standar
Bahasa keperawatan terkait dengan diagnosis keperawatan maka komunikasi antara perawat di
seluruh Indonesia dan bahkan dunia akan mendapatkan titik temu. Hal ini sama dengan
penggunaan ICD bagi dokter.
Selain NANDA, NOC danNIC juga diperlukan bagi perawat untuk bisa ‘berkomunikasi’ dengan
lebih spesifik dengan perawat lain di daerah lain dan juga di komunitas perawat di dunia.
Penggunaan NANDA, NOC dan NIC akan membantu dalam meningkatkan penggunaan Evidenc
Based Nursing.
Meskipun NANDA, NOC dan NIC (NNN) penting bagi perawat, tetapi sejatinya NNN hanyalah
label yang penggunaannya sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan perawat dalam menentukan
diagnosis keperawatan (diagnostic reasoning process) dan kemampuan perawat dalam
menentukan apakah outcome (NOC) yang akan dicapai oleh pasien dan intervensi (NIC) yang
akan diimplementasikan ke pasien.
Seminar dan workshop ini merupakan saran bagi perawat untuk mengenal NNN dan juga
meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mendiagnosis dengan menggunakan 6 langkah dalam
mendiagnosis yang menggunakan ISDA (Intan’s Screening Diagnosis Assessment) dan
menggunakan ICRM model (Intan’s Clinical Reasoning Model) dalam pemilihan NOC dan NIC.
II.
Tujuan
1. Tujuan umum:
Meningkatkan kemampuan perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan melalui proses
keperawatan yang berkualitas
2. Tujuan Khusus
a. Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang standar nursing language NANDA, NIC, dan NOC
b. Meningkatkan kemampuan perawat dalam mendiagnosis menggunakan 6 tahap dalam
menentukan diagnosis
c. Menigkatkan kemampuan perawat dalam membuat keputusan klinik terkait dengan hasil
intervensi dan intervensi yang diperlukan pasien

Metode workshop
Workshop ini dilakukan selama dua hari. Metode workshop terdiri dari ceramah, latihan

With support from the Field Coordinator Assistant, responsible for providing
quality counseling and psychosocial support and information
Description of Main job as Field Facilitator
1.
Contact clients to schedule appointments
2.
Conduct home and follow-up visits to monitor clients’ progress
3.
Assist with administration activities to support psychosocial and mental
health activities, if requested
4.
Provide individual and group counseling for clients under supervision of
program officer
5.
Recommend referral for clients, when appropriate
6.
Distribute media campaign materials in order to increase awareness of
psychosocial and mental health issues among beneficiaries
7.
Coordinate with Field Coordinator Assistant and Field Coordinator
about daily tasks
8.
Socialize Kanaivasu’s Foundation program activities to the beneficiaries
9.
Support all Kanaivasu staff to ensure that program activities are
implemented at the highest quality level possible
10. Submit daily reports to the Field Coordinator Assistant

Management of psychosocial/mental health services
1. Coordinate regularly with the Field Coordinator to organize and
implement daily, weekly, and monthly service provision activities
2. Assist the Field Coordinator, Program Officer and Program Manager in
supervising the quality of all service provision activities
3. Proactively identify areas in which programming is not fully effective,
brainstorm solutions to increase effectiveness and bring these issues and
potential solutions to the attention of the Field Coordinator in a timely
manner
4. Provide counseling for clients and recommend referral for clients, when
appropriate
5. Together with Field Coordinator, design and implement psychosocial
activities
6. Socialize Kanaivasu’s Foundation program activities to beneficiaries,
sometimes in coordination with media campaign
B. Reporting
1. Making and submitting daily reports to the Field Coordinator,
including all issues affecting program activities
2. Compile and submit weekly reports, as requested by the Field
Coordinator, Program Officer and Program Manager
3. Evaluating reports from field facilitators
