We are excited to expand our collection with Fredericia’s

Space Copenhagen, who conceived the enormously successful
Spin e series , h a ve on ce a gai n del ved i nto t he Freder i ci a
DNA, to crea te th e Swoon lounge chai r. The undul at i ng l i ne
of th e ch a ir is beautifully flui d, yet t he constr uct i on of t he
solid wood legs rea ffirms Freder i ci a’s tr adi t i on of usi ng onl y
th e fin es t ma teria ls a va ila ble.
Th a t d oes n’t mea n , h owever, th a t we ign ore curren t movemen t s in th e d es ign world . On th e con tra r y, we embra ce

we use is from th e fin es t fores t s in Europe, some from trees
th a t a re up to 1 50 yea rs old , a n d is purch a sed th rough th e
mos t experien ced brokers in th e world . Our res pect for th e
ma teria ls we use r un s d eep, a n d our wood is procured from
eth ica lly min d ed fores t s , wh ere th e repla n tin g is grea ter
th a n th e fellin g. Even in it s fres h cut, ra w form, th e gra in a n d
tex ture is a es th etica lly beautiful a n d tells it s own s tor y, even
before it goes th rough th e ma n y proces ses a n d trea tmen t s to
