We hope that you will enjoy our 2015 excursions and join us on as many
as possible. Bookings are taken either by calling into our office or bookings
are taken over the phone. All payments must be made prior to tour.
Payment can be made by either cash, cheque or Debit cards are accepted.
Coach Seating - Seats are allocated
when booking, so book early to avoid
disappointment. We reserve the right to use
a smaller coach if numbers are insufficient,
but every effort will be made to ensure that
you are not inconvenienced in any way.
Disabled People - We accept bookings
from disabled passengers, but prior notice of
disability must be given to enable us to meet
any requirements if possible. If we are not
informed, we cannot accept responsibility for
inconvenience or cost occured.
Concession fares are available for Senior
Citizens and children aged between 3 – 13
years, under 3 travel free on parents lap and
will not be allocated a separate seat.
Children must travel with a responsible adult.
Pick-Up-Points
Tour Cancellations - In the event of the
company having to cancel a tour due to lack
of response, a full refund will be given. If you
cancel your tour this must be made within
48 hours prior to departure to our office and
all such cancellations will be subject to a
30% cancellation fee. Any notification after
48 hours no refund will be given.
Pick-Up-Point - Your pick up point and
time will be given when you book your tour
and will be on your ticket which must be given
to the driver. Please always be at the point
well before time to avoid disappointment. If
you are not at the departure point on time,
on the day, no refund will be given.
Complaints - If you have a complaint
about any of the services throughout the tour,
as a term of our Contract, the matter must be
brought to the attention of the Driver who will
do their best to remedy the problem on the
spot. If you are not satisfied, you must write
to us within 7 days of your return and we will
try and settle the matter amicably. We will not
accept responsibility for claims after this date.
