ALGEMEEN
ORAC DECOR artikelen zijn vervaardigd met een vooruitstrevende technologie en onder strenge kwaliteitsnormen. Deze kwaliteitsproducten dienen dan ook onder optimale omstandigheden geplaatst te worden om een
perfecte afwerking te garanderen.
BELANGRIJK
ORAC DECOR producten dienen gestockeerd en geplaatst in droge ruimtes met een normale omgevingstemperatuur. Bepaalde werkzaamheden zoals bv. het bepleisteren, het afstomen van behangpapier en het
beschilderen van het interieur met acrylverf zullen de vochtigheid van het lokaal voor een bepaalde tijd
opmerkelijk verhogen. In deze omstandigheden geen lijsten stockeren of plaatsen. Vermijd eveneens een
vochtige of natte ondergrond voor plaatsing. Te hoge vochtigheid kan de dimensionele stabiliteit van
polyurethaanproducten beïnvloeden. Voorkom ook hoge temperatuurverschillen tussen stockage en plaatsing.
Optimaal is kamertemperatuur. Het is aan te raden ORAC DECOR producten (en de te verwerken ORACDECOFIX PRO en ORAC-FIX EXTRA) 24 uur op voorhand in het te decoreren lokaal te conditioneren.

ONDERGROND
ORAC DECOR ornamenten kunnen op eender welke ondergrond aangebracht worden, mits deze vlak, droog en
stevig is, niet onderhevig aan uitzetting en vrij van onzuiverheden en waterafstotende stoffen zoals vet en olie.
Oud behang, waterabsorberende verflagen en rot pleisterwerk moeten verwijderd worden. Geschikt zijn vooral
gezond pleisterwerk en beton.

PLAATSING
a) tegen muur en/of plafond
Een dikke strook ORAC-DECOFIX PRO wordt gelijkmatig met een lijmkam of verdeelspuit aangebracht op díe
hechtvlakken van het ornament, die tegen de muur en/of het plafond komen (4). De lijst wordt op de afgetekende lijn aangebracht (5). ORAC-DECOFIX PRO kan onmiddellijk met een vochtige doek of spons weggeveegd
worden, waardoor meteen ook eventuele openingen tussen lijst en plafond of lijst en muur gevuld worden (6).

VOORBEREIDING
Vooraleer de lijsten te plaatsen moeten zij met een schuurspons afgeveegd en lichtjes geschuurd worden,
om alle stof en eventuele onzuiverheden te verwijderen (1). Dit is belangrijk om later een perfecte afwerking met goede hechting te hebben. Meet nauwkeurig de kamer waar u de lijsten wilt installeren. Tel er voor
elke hoek een minimum van ongeveer 50 cm lijst bij, als compensatie voor het verstekverlies. Neem een lijst
en houd deze tegen plafond en/of muur zoals u hem zou willen installeren. Teken met potlood de lijn, die de
onderste rand van de lijst aangeeft. Op deze meetlijn kunnen spijkers aangebracht worden om straks bij het
monteren verschuivingen van de lijst te verhinderen (2).
VERSTEKZAGEN
Gebruik de ORAC DECOR verstekbak (FB.300) om alle lijsten van het ORAC DECOR gamma te verzagen (3).
Plaats de verstekbak evenwijdig aan de muur waartegen de lijst geplaatst moet worden, met de kant "MUUR"
naar u toe. De lijst wordt omgekeerd in de bak geplaatst, met de muurzijde van de lijst tegen A ("MUUR") en de
plafondzijde ervan tegen B ("PLAFOND"). Op de verstekbak kunt u dan gemakkelijk aflezen hoe u een binnenof buitenhoek moet zagen. Voor de volgende muur of aansluitend verstek draait u de verstekbak mee, opnieuw
evenwijdig aan de muur waar de volgende lijst moet komen. Zo zal u steeds het juiste verstek zagen.

TIPS
• Vermijd in elk geval vochtigheid, zowel bij stockage als bij plaatsing.
• Gebruik uitsluitend ORAC-DECOFIX PRO en ORAC-FIX EXTRA.
• ORAC-FIX EXTRA: vermijd aanraking met de huid.
• Lijsten lichtjes schuren met schuurspons teneinde alle onzuiverheden te verwijderen
en een optimale hechting te garanderen.

AFWERKING
Zodra alle lijsten aangebracht zijn kunnen eventuele openingen en het verstek met ORAC-DECOFIX PRO
afgewerkt worden (9). ORAC-DECOFIX PRO en ORAC-FIX EXTRA zijn na uitharding (minimaal 1 dag) overschilderbaar met de meeste verven (10).

b) tussen de lijsten onderling
Bouw met volledige lengten verder aan. Vooraleer een volgende lijst te monteren, moet op één eindvlak van
één van de lijsten een strook ORAC-FIX EXTRA aangebracht worden (7). De lijsten moeten onder spanning
tegen elkaar aangesloten worden. Dit zal een perfecte verbinding tussen de opeenvolgende lijsten garanderen.
Verwijder overtollige lijm bij voorkeur na uitharding (8) (afhankelijk van de relatieve vochtigheid; minimum 3
uur). Indien de lijm onmiddellijk verwijderd moet worden kan dit met aceton gebeuren.

INSTRUCTIONS DE POSE
GENERALITES
Les ornements ORAC DECOR sont fabriqués selon les technologies les plus récentes et avec le plus grand soin.
Ces produits de qualité doivent être posés avec beaucoup de précautions afin de garantir une finition parfaite.
IMPORTANT
Les ornements ORAC DECOR doivent être entreposés et installés dans une pièce à température ambiante.
Certains travaux comme p.e. un crépis, le décollage de papier peint à la vapeur ou l’application d’une peinture
acrylique, vont pour un certain temps augmenter sensiblement l’humidité de la pièce. Dans ces différents cas
de figure, ne pas entreposer ou installer des moulures. Eviter également pour l’installation un support humide.
Une humidité trop élevée peut agir sur la stabilité dimensionelle des ornements en polyuréthane. Eviter également des différences de température élevées entre stockage et installation. Il est conseillé de stocker dans la
pièce à décorer les ornements ORAC DECOR (et la colle à traiter ORAC-DECOFIX PROet ORAC-FIX EXTRA) durant
la nuit précédante.

FINITION
Dès que toutes les corniches sont collées, utilisez ORAC-DECOFIX PRO comme enduit de rebouchage pour trous
éventuels et pour la coupe d’onglets (9). ORAC-DECOFIX PRO et ORAC-FIX EXTRA peuvent être peints après
séchage (min. 1 jour) avec des peintures traditionnelles (10).
CONSEILS
• Eviter en tout cas HUMIDITE, aussi bien pour le stockage que pour la pose.
• N’utiliser que les colles ORAC-DECOFIX PRO et ORAC-FIX EXTRA.
• ORAC-FIX EXTRA: éviter contact avec la peau.
• Légèrement poncer les moulures, afin d’enlever toutes les impuretés
et pour assurer un collage parfait.
• Peindre uniquement avec des peintures et laques de haute qualité.
• Les conditions de garantie sont uniquement valable
en cas d’observation complète de ces instructions.

b) pour les moulures entres elles
Les longueurs doivent être collées les unes contre les autres avec ORAC-FIX EXTRA. Appliquer une couche sur la
surface du joint (7). La corniche suivante doit être pressée contre l’autre. Le surplus de colle peut être éliminé
de préférence après séchage (8) (dépendant de l’humidité relative, minimum 3 heures). Si la colle doit être
enlevée immédiatement, on peut utiliser de l’acetone.

a) contre mur et/ou plafond
Une bande épaisse d’ORAC-DECOFIX PRO est appliquée à l’aide d’une spatule ou d’un pistolet à cartouche sur
les surfaces à coller de la moulure qui sera sur le mur et/ou plafond (4). La moulure est appliquée sur la ligne
qui a été indiquée sur le mur (5). ORAC-DECOFIX PRO peut être enlevée immédiatement à l’aide d’une éponge
ou d’un chiffon humide. ORAC-DECOFIX PRO peut reboucher des trous éventuels entre corniche et plafond ou
corniche et mur (6).

SUPPORTS
Les ornements ORAC DECOR peuvent être fixés sur la plupart des supports. Ceux-ci doivent être lisses, propres
et secs, stables, sans graisse ni huile ou autres impuretés (telles que poussière et particules). Parmi les supports
adéquats, on trouve les plâtres sains, le béton, la plupart des peintures, les bois et lambris non peints.
COUPER EN ONGLETS
Utiliser la boîte à onglets ORAC DECOR (FB.300) pour couper toutes les corniches de la gamme ORAC DECOR
(3). Prendre la boîte à onglets parallèle au mur contre lequel la corniche doit être posée, avec le coté “MUR”
face à vous. La corniche doit être posée à l’envers dans la boîte à onglets avec “A” en tant que mur et “B” la face
plafond. Sur la boîte à onglets, vous pouvez alors facilement voir comment couper un coin extérieur ou
intérieur. Pour l’onglet suivant, tournez la boîte à onglets parallelement au mur contre lequel la prochaine corniche doit être placée. Ainsi vous couperez toujours l’onglet correctement.

PREPARATION
Avant de placer les moulures, elles doivent être légèrement poncées et dépoussiérées (1).
Ceci est important pour obtenir une finition et un collage parfaits. Mesurer précisement la pièce oú vous
poserez les ornements. Ajouter au moins 50 cm d’ornement pour chaque coin de la pièce afin de compenser
les erreurs de mesure. Prendre un modèle d’ornement et le placer au ras du plafond et du mur, tel que vous le
poseriez. Tracer une ligne sur le plafond et le mur qui dessine les angles de l’ornement. Il peut être pratique de
planter les clous le long de la ligne tracée sur le mur afin de maintenir la corniche en bonne position (2).

GENERAL INFORMATION
Produced during the latest technology, ORAC DECOR mouldings are among the finest quality products available in the world today. These quality products should be installed under optimal circumstances in order to
guarantee a perfect finish.
IMPORTANT
ORAC DECOR mouldings should be stored and installed in dry rooms with a normal surrounding temperature.
Certain activities such as f.e. plastering, steaming off wallpaper and painting of the interior with acrylic paint,
will considerably increase the humidity of the place for a certain time. Do not store or install mouldings under
these circumstances. Also avoid a humid or wet substrate for installing. Too high humidity can influence the
dimensional stability of polyurethane products. Avoid also high differences in temperature between storage
and installation. Optimal are normal room temperatures. It is recommended to stabilize the ORAC DECOR
mouldings (and the ORAC-DECOFIX PRO and ORAC-FIX EXTRA) for 24 hours in the place of installation.

a) against wall and/or ceiling
Run a thick equal line of ORAC-DECOFIX PRO using a comb for glue or a caulking gun, on those glue levels of
the moulding, which will be installed to the wall and/or ceiling (4). Place moulding within fixed lines (5).
ORAC-DECOFIX PROcan be removed immediately using a damp cloth or sponge, by which also eventual gaps
between moulding and ceiling or moulding and wall are filled (6).

MITRING
The ORAC DECOR mitre box (FB.300) can be used to saw all moulding on the ORAC DECOR collection (3). Place
the mitre box with the “B”-side of the mitre box against you. Place the cornice face-up, upside down in the
mitre box with “A” as wall and “B” as ceiling. For right hand outside corners use left slot, saving material to be
installed to the left of the cut. For left hand outside corners use right slot, saving material to be installed to the
right of the cut. For right hand inside corners use right slot, saving material to be installed to the left of the
cut. For left hand inside corners use left slot, saving material to be installed to the right of the cut. Use center
slot to cut butt joint.

PREPARATORY WORK
Before installing moulding, lightly sand and wipe material to avoid any dirt and impurities (1). This is important to obtain good adhesion and a smooth finish. Accurately measure the room where you will be installing
the mouldings. Add a minimum of approx. 50 cm (1,5 ft) of moulding for each corner to compensate for mitreing waste. Take one section of the moulding and place it flush against the ceiling and/or wall as you would
install it. Draw a line on the ceiling and the wall which illustrates the edges of the cornice. Nails can be applied
on these lines to hold the cornice in place (2).
TIPS
• Avoid in any case HUMIDITY, as well for storage as for installation.
• use only ORAC-DECOFIX PRO and ORAC-FIX EXTRA
• ORAC-FIX EXTRA: avoid contact with the skin.
• Lightly sand the mouldings with fine sandpaper, in order to remove all impurities and to
guarantee a perfect adhesion.
• Painting and faux finishes can be done with high quality paints and finishes only.
• guarantee conditions are valid only when these instructions are completely fulfilled.

SURFACING
ORAC DECOR products can be adhered to almost any surface. The substrate needs to be flat, clean, dry and
solid, not subject to expansion and free from grease, oil and other impurities. Old wallpaper and water damaged or loose plaster should be removed. Recommended surfaces are plasterwork and concrete.

FINISHING TOUCHES
As soon as mouldings are installed, eventual gaps and the mitre cut can be filled with ORAC-DECOFIX PRO (9).
ORAC-DECOFIX PRO and ORAC-FIX EXTRA can be painted after hardening (min. 1day) with most types of quality paints, stains and faux effects (10).

Continue with complete lengths and proceed around the room. Before installing the next moulding, ORAC-FIX
EXTRA should be applied on one side of every joint (7). The mouldings should be fixed very tightly. This will
guarantee a perfect connection between adjoining mouldings. Remove excessive adhesive for preference after
hardening (8) (dependent on the relative humidity, min. 3 hours). If the adhesive has to be removed immediately, use acetone.

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
ALLGEMEINE HINWEISE
ORAC-DECOR-Stuckteile werden nach den neuesten technischen Erkenntnissen und mit großer Sorgfalt
hergestellt. Um eine perfekte Verarbeitung zu garantieren, ist es unerläßlich, diese Qualitätsprodukte unter
optimalen Bedingungen zu montieren.
WICHTIG
ORAC-DECOR-Stuckteile sollten vor der Montage an einem trockenen Ort bei normaler Raumtemperatur
lagern. Gewisse Arbeiten wie Rauchpütz, das Ablösen der Tapeten mit Dampf oder die Verwendung von
Acrylfarben vergrößern für eine bestimmte Zeit die Aufnahme von Feuchtigkeit der Stuckteile. In diesen
gegebenen Fällen lagern oder montieren Sie die Leisten nicht. Vermeiden Sie bei der Montage einen feuchten
Untergrund. Eine erhöhte Feuchtigkeit kann sich auf die Dimensionsstabilität der Stuckteile aus Polyurethan
auswirken. Vermeiden Sie größere Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Einlagerung und Montage. Es ist ratsam,
in der vorgehenden Nacht ORAC-DECOR-Stuckteile (und zu verarbeiten den ORAC-DECOFIX PRO und ORAC-FIX
EXTRA) bei gleicher Raumtemperatur dort zu lagern, wo die Montage auch stattfindet.

Gebrauchen Sie die Gehrungslade von ORAC-DECOR (FB.300), um das Programm damit zu schneiden (3).
Stellen Sie die Gehrungslade parallel zur Wand auf. Die Beschriftung”WAND” muß lesbar sein. Die Leiste wird
umgedreht in die Gehrungslade eingelegt, so daß “A” die Wand und “B” die Decke darstellt. Mit Hilfe der
Gehrungslade können Sie leicht sehen, wie eine innere und äußere Ecke geschnitten wird. Für den nächsten
Gehrungsschnitt drehen Sie die Gehrungslade um, wieder parallel zur Wand, an die die Leiste montiert wird.
So werden Sie immer korrekte Gehrungsschnitte erziehlen.

MONTAGE
a) an Wand und/oder Decke
Ein dicker Strang ORAC-DECOFIX PRO wird mit Hilfe eines Spachtels oder einer Kartuschenpistole auf die
Klebflächen der ORAC-Leiste aufgebracht (4). Dann wird die Leiste auf die vorgezeichnete Linie an der Wand
mit Druck aufgeklebt (5). Überschüssiger ORAC-DECOFIX PRO (Kleber) kann mit einem feuchten Schwamm
oder Tuch sofort entfernt werden (6). ORAC-DECOFIX PRO ist auch zum Ausfüllen von Hohlräumen zwischen
Leiste und Decke, bzw. Leiste und Wand geeignet.

VORBEREITUNG
Vor der Montage sollen ORAC-DECOR-Stuckteile mit einem Schwamm gesäubert und entstaubt werden (1).
Das ist wichtig für ein gutes Aussehen und perfekte Haftung der Farbe. Vermessen Sie genau die Wände, fügen
Sie mindestens 50cm Leiste für jede Ecke hinzu, um Fehlmessungen auszugleichen (Gehrungsabfall). Nehmen
Sie ein Stück Leiste und halten Sie diese so an Wand und Decke, wie Sie die Leisten anzubringen wünschen.
Zeichnen Sie eine Linie entlang der Leiste und markieren Sie die Winkel. Es wird empfohlen, Nägel auf der Linie
an der Wand anzubringen, um die Leisten in der gewünschten Lage zu halten (2).

• in jedem Fall FEUCHTIGKEIT vermeiden, beim Lagern und Montieren.

GENERALITÀ
Gli ornamenti ORAC DECOR sono costruiti secondo le tecnologie più moderne e con la più grande cura.
Per ottenere un risultato ottimale, è bene seguire le istruzioni.

IMPORTANTE
Gli ornamenti ORAC DECOR vanno depositati e installati in locali a temperatura ambiente. Durante l’esecuzione
di alcuni lavori come p.e. lo scollaggio di carta da parati con vapore o l’applicazione di pitture acriliche viene ad
aumentare per un certo periodo di tempo l’umidità del locale. In questo caso attendere prima di posare le cornici. Evitare l’installazione su supporti umidi. Un’umidità troppo elevata può agire negativamente sulla stabilità delle cornici in poliuretano. Evitare anche le differenze troppo elevate di temperature tra l’immagazzinaggio e l’installazione. Si consiglia di depositare nel locale da decorare le cornici (e anche la colla ORAC-DECOFIX
PRO e ORAC-FIX EXTRA) la notte precedente la messa in opera.

a) contro il muro e/o plafone
stendere una striscia spessa di ORAC-DECOFIX PRO con l’aiuto di una pistola per cartucce sul lato della cornice
da applicare sul muro o sul plafone (4). La cornice va applicata sulla linea tratteggiata sul muro (5). ORACDECOFIX PRO può essere tolto immediatamente con l’aiuto di una spugna umida o di uno straccio umidi (6).
ORAC-DECOFIX PRO può essere usato per chiudere dei fori eventuali fra cornice e plafone o muro.
b) tra le cornici
Le teste devono essere incollate fra di loro con ORAC-FIX EXTRA (saldante). Applicare uno strato sulla superficie
totale delle giunte (7). L’eccedenza di colla può essere eliminata di preferenza dopo l’essicamento (8) (a secondo della umidità relativa dopo circa 3 ore). Se il saldante deve essere tolto immediatamente usare l’acetone.

SUPPORTI
Gli ornamenti decorativi ORAC DECOR possono essere installati sulla maggior parte di supporti, questi devono
essere lisci , puliti e asciutti senza grassi e olii o altre impurità. Tra i supporti più adatti troviamo il gesso sano,
il cemento, la maggior parte delle pitture e il legno non verniciato.
TAGLIO DEGLI ANGOLI
Utilizzare la squadra per angoli ORAC DECOR (FB.300) per tagliare tutte le cornici della nostra collezione (3).
Prendere la squadra e metterla parallela al muro dove la cornice deve essere posata, con il lato “MUR” difronte
a voi. La cornice deve essere posizionata al contrario nella squadra con “A” per il lato parete e con “B” per il lato
plafone. Sulla squadra troverete facilmente tutte le diciture che Vi interessano ed effettuerete dei tagli perfetti.

PREPARAZIONE
Prima di installare le cornici, é meglio spolverarle leggermente (1). Questo é importante per ottenere una
rifinitura ed un incollaggio perfetto, misurare bene la parte dove poserete gli ornamenti. Aggiungere più o
meno 50cm di cornice per ogni angolo al fine di compensare gli errori di misurazione. Prendere un modello di
cornice e installarlo a filo del plafone e del muro, come volete posarlo.
Tracciare una linea sul plafone e sul muro che disegni gli angoli delle cornici; può essere pratico piazzare dei
chiodi lungo la linea tratteggiata sul muro al fine di mantenere le cornici in posizione corretta (2).

CONSIGLI
• Evitare l’umidità sia per l’immagazzinaggio che per la posa.

GENERALIDADES
Los ornamentos ORAC DECOR están fabricados con absoluta precisión, con la tecnología más avanzada.
Es imprescindible seguir estas instrucciones para conseguir un resultado óptimo.
IMPORTANTE
Los ornamentos ORAC DECOR deben almacenarse a temperatura ambiente. Algunos trabajos en la obra, (como
enlucido de paredes, extracción de papel mural mediante máquina de vapor o aplicación de determinadas pinturas acrílicas) pueden elevar considerablemente la humedad ambiental. En estos casos espere a que la
estancia y el soporte estén completamente secos antes de su instalación o almacenamiento.
Aunque la humedad no afecta a la integridad del poliuretano, un ambiente excesivamente puede alterar la
estabilidad dimensional de los materiales antes de su instalación. También puede alterarse por variaciones térmicas bruscas. Por eso aconsejamos mantener los ornamentos ORAC DECOR, así como las colas DECOFIX PRO
y ORAC FIX EXTRA desde la noche antes en la misma estancia donde se van a instalar.

ACABADO
Una vez instalada toda la cornisa puede rellenar las pequeñas separaciones entre techo o pared y cornisa con
DECOFIX PRO (9). Es conveniente esperar al día siguiente por si –dependiendo del soporte y condiciones
ambientales- apareciesen eventuales mermas de la cola. Tanto DECOFIX PRO como ORAC FIX STANDARD
pueden ser pintadas una vez secas, con cualquier tipo de pintura habitual. Espere 24 horas antes de aplicar el
revestimiento de acabado (10).
CONSEJOS
• Evite la HUMEDAD tanto en el almacenaje como en la instalación.
Emplee exclusivamente DECOFIX PRO y ORAC FIX EXTRA.
• Evite el contacto de ORAC FIX EXTRA con la piel.
• Emplee pinturas, lacas y barnices de calidad.
• Un suave lijado previo de la superficie de adherencia elimina las pequeñas
irregularidades y asegura un encolado perfecto

INSTALACIÓN
a) Sobre paredes y techos:
Aplique y un cordón grueso de DECOFIX PRO y extiéndala con una espátula (4). Instale la moldura apoyándose sobre la línea marcada en la pared y en su caso sobre las puntas colocadas al efecto (5). La línea del techo
puede servirnos para ajustar las piezas con mayor precisión. Elimine el sobrante de DECOFIX PRO mediante una
esponja o trapo ligeramente humedecido (6). Emplee DECOFIX PRO como masilla para rellenar pequeñas
separaciones entre pieza y pared o pieza y techo.
b) Unión de las tiras entre sí:
Encole los extremos de las cornisas con ORAC FIX EXTRA. Aplique un cordón a lo largo de la línea de unión y
enfrente ambas superficies (7). Si por causa de la presión se originan pequeñas rebabas de cola, no las extienda; estas pueden ser eliminadas fácilmente mediante una cuchilla una vez se haya secado (8) (3h min.).
En el caso de que deba eliminar la cola inmediatamente puede emplear acetona.

SUPERFICIES
Todos los elementos ornamentales ORAC DECOR, pueden instalarse sobre prácticamente cualquier material.
Las superficies deben guardar estabilidad y estar secas y limpias de polvo aceites o grasas. Los elementos ORAC
DECOR se adhieren particularmente bien sobre hormigón, obra, madera, yeso sano y sobre cualquier pintura o
revestimiento que no se desprenda por sí mismo.
CORTE DE LOS ÁNGULOS
Con la Caja de Ingletes ORAC DECOR (FB.300) podrá cortar todas las molduras de la colección (3). Empiece
siempre por una esquina exterior. Disponga la caja de Ingletes paralela a la pared sobre la que irá la porción de
cornisa que va a cortar. Debemos ver escrito en el lado opuesto de la caja la palabra PARED (MUR) La moldura
se pone sobre la caja de forma invertida. Es decir, la parte que se enfrenta a la pared coincide con la cara “A” de
la caja y la que va sobre el techo coincide con la cara “B”. Podrá ver fácilmente sobre la caja qué ranura corresponde a una esquina exterior o a una esquina interior. Para la siguiente esquina vuelva a situar la caja paralela a la pared, siguiendo esta sencilla regla, siempre cortará el ángulo adecuado.

HERRAMIENTAS
Cinta métrica y lápiz. Caja de Ingletes ORAC DECOR, serrucho de dientes finos “Super Shark” o similar, papel de
lija fino, puntas sin cabeza (4 cm.) y martillo. DECOFIX PRO (cola y masilla), ORAC FIX EXTRA (cola para juntas)
pistola para cartuchos.
PREPARACIÓN
Lije suavemente y desempolve las cornisas antes de proceder a su instalación (1).
1. Mida con precisión el perímetro de instalación y añada un metro por cada rincón o esquina que se presente,
a fin de compensar las mermas por corte.
2. Presente un trozo de cornisa y moldura a ras de techo y pared, tal y como debe quedar una vez instalada. Con
un lápiz trace una línea a lo largo de techo y pared, que le servirá de guía. Apóyese sobre la horizontal de la
pared, para absorber los alabeos del techo. Puede ser útil clavar puntas sobre la línea de la pared (2). Le servirá
para apoyar la pieza durante la instalación y secado.

INFORMAÇÕES GERAIS
Produzidos utilizando a mais recente tecnologia, os produtos ORAC DECOR estão entre os de melhor qualidade
disponiveis no mundo. Estes produtos de qualidade devem ser instalados de forma a garantir um acabamento
perfeito.
IMPORTANTE
Os produtos ORAC DECOR devem ser armazenados e instalados em locais secos com uma temperatura
ambiente normal. Alguns trabalhos tais como estucar, retirar papel de parede com vapor ou água, ou pinturas
de interior com tinta acrílica vão aumentar consideravelmente a humidade no local durante algum tempo. Não
armazene nem instale os produtos nestas circunstãncias. Não instalar também em locais humidos ou
molhados. A humidade em excesso pode influenciar a estabilidade dimensional dos produtos de poliuretano.
Evite também grandes diferenças de temperatura entre o armazém e o local de instalação. O ideal são locais
com temperaturas normais. Recomendamos que os moldes ORAC DECOR (e a cola ORAC-DECOFIX PRO e ORACFIX EXTRA) sejam levados para o local de aplicação 24 H antes da instalação para uma perfeita estabilização.

Aplique uma “linha” uniformemente cheia de ORAC-DECOFIX PRO nas zonas dos perfis a serem colados à
parede e/ou tecto utilizando a pistola para cartuchos (4). Coloque os moldes dentro das linhas estabelecidas
(5). Ao fazer o enchimento de eventuais fendas entre a sanca e o tecto ou parede com a ORAC-DECOFIX PRO se
o fizer em excesso, ela é facilmente removida com a ajuda de um pano ou esponja humidos (6).

TRABALHO DE PREPARAÇÃO
Antes de instalar os moldes, lixar suavemente e limpar a sujidade e impurezas (1). Isto é importante para uma
colagem perfeita e um bom acabamento final. Tire as medidas do espaço, onde vai aplicar os moldes,
correctamente. Adicione um mínimo de aproximadamente 50cm de molde em cada canto para compensar os
desperdícios de corte. Pegue numa peça de molde e coloque-a nivelada contra o tecto e/ou a parede conforme
a instalação. Faça uma linha no tecto e na parede delimitando os contornos da sanca. Pode aplicar pregos
nessas linhas para manter a sanca no lugar pretentido (2).

TOQUES FINAIS
Logo que os moldes estão instalados, as fendas eventuais e/ou falhas nas esquadrias podem ser tapadas com
ORAC-DECOFIX PRO (9). ORAC-DECOFIX PRO e ORAC-FIX EXTRA podem ser pintadas depois de secas, (min. 1
dia) com a maioria dos tipos de tintas, permitindo fazer “efeitos falsos” tais como marmoreados, talhas etc.

SUPERFÍCIES
Os produtos ORAC DECOR podem ser colados a quase todas as superfícies. Elas devem estar lisas, limpas e
secas, livres de gorduras ou outras impurezas. O papel de parede deteriorado com manchas de humidade ou
com falhas na aplicação deve ser retirado. Eventuais irregularidades no estuque devem ser reparadas. As
superfícies recomendadas são as de estuque e as de cimento.
b) entre os topos dos perfis
Prossiga com perfis inteiros no perímetro da sala. Antes de instalar o próximo perfil deverá aplicar cola ORACFIX EXTRA num dos topos do perfil (7). Os moldes devem ser fixados firmemente, o que garantirá uma
perfeita união entre os elementos. Retirar o excesso de cola de preferência depois de seco (8) (dependente da
humidade relativa min. 3 horas). Se tiver de remover de imediato, use acetona.

Indirect lighting should be placed by a professional electrician. The seller shall not be liable for damages
