Knowledge test is divided into two section,
theory test and road test
Theory test is an computer based test in 3
different languages – Arabic, English and Urdu

Voice-over (computerized speakers through
headphone) is available in Pashto, Urdu and
English.

The test comprises 35 multiple choice
Question.
The 35 questions are divided into 2 sections:
common items with 17 questions (from the Light
Motor Vehicle safe driving handbook) and the
category-specific items with 18 questions. To
pass, the applicant must score at least 11 out of
17 and 12 out of 18 leading to a total of 23 out of
35 (65%).

Required Documents
If the documentation is incomplete (I.DPayment Receipt – L.P), candidate has to
rebook the test and pay again.

Failure to present these documents will result in your test being cancelled.

Candidate must arrive 15 minutes earlier
than test
If candidate arrives 10/15 minutes later than the
test time, they will have to make another
booking and will loose current test fee.

• Testing Center Administrator will start the exam
and provide you the Workstation number.

The test comprises 35 multiple choice questions with three
response options and one possible correct response.
You can make your selection by clicking mouse or simply
touching the button on the screen corresponding to your
desired response.
You will be able to navigate backwards/forwards through the
questions changing answers if necessary.
