KEY DETAILS TO REMEMBER
 Child must be present and accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older in order to
receive gifts and participate in raffles. NO EXCEPTIONS
 Unborn children will not be eligible to participate.
 Registration forms must be submitted no later than the close of business (4:30pm) on
December 15, 2015. Please be sure and fill out form completely.
 Please remember this is a San Pasqual event for the Children of San Pasqual Tribal
Members.
 Raffle tickets are for family units only. Single or individuals with no minor children are not
eligible to participate in the family raffle.
 Forms can be submitted by mail, dropped off with main receptionist, faxed into
