Erasmus Student Agreement:

To your International Coordinator at your Faculty/School/Department
•
Together with: Letter of Acceptance with exact semester dates (and maybe a printout
from host university website with exact dates)

Deadline: 1st February 2014

Scholarship amount 2013/14: 3000 SEK/month
•
1st instalment: February 2014 (3000SEK x months)

2nd instalment: September/October 2014 (Sum unknown at present)

INSURANCE

All outgoing exchange students are insured by Kammarkollegiet’s insurance ‘Student- UT’ during
their semester abroad provided that:
 You are registered as an exchange student in LADOK
 You have notified the International Office your exact semester dates
 You have received your Insurance Certificate from the International
Office

Free of charge – paid for by Malmö university
•
Valid 14 days before and 14 days after the semester dates
•
Only valid in the country where the studies are conducted (and during direct travel to and
from the country) – i.e. it is NOT valid in any other country than your host university’s

Covers EMERGENCY medical and dental care the insured may need during the policy term
•
REMEMBER! First pay, then claim money back – be sure to have some spare money with you!

INSURANCE – within EU/EEA

Same coverage as Student UT outside of EU/EEA, except for medical and dental care:
•
Bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), issued by Försäkringskassan
(www.forsakringskassan.se) or similar social insurance authority in your home country.
Be sure to order this in time!
•
You are covered by this card instead of the MIC of the 'Student-UT’ insurance’
•
If you are a non-EU/EEA-citizen (and not eligible for an EHIC card), contact International
Office
The EHIC is valid in the following countries: Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland,
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Belgium, The

LEARNING AGREEMENT

Your guarantee for acknowledgement of courses!

Should be signed by the course/programme responsible
•
Hand in a copy to International Coordinator at your Faculty / Department / School
before you go if possible

Original MUST be brought to your host university
•
If you change courses while abroad: Do NOT forget to complete the back of the
Learning Agreement and send it ASAP for signing!

LADOK
•
Hand/send in exact semester dates (Letter of Acceptance or printed dates from
website) to your International Coordinator ASAP and BEFORE you leave.
•
You will then be registered by your International Coordinator at your
department/school/faculty for exchange studies in LADOK before you leave.
