S.f.B. Stampaggio fratelli Bassotto has been operating in the plastics moulding sector since 1951.
Nowaday, the company provides technopolymers injection moulding to supply innovative
changing applicative sector: from for to water extraction, from medical to beverage, from gardening
to phone and network data and more.
S.f.B. Stampaggio fratelli Bassotto offer to his clients added value services for product industrialization
carrying out all the phases of desing, moulds development, production of the technical components
and articles.
Our client is suppurted during all the steps of technical component creation:

a study is carried out see how the product can be engineered if necessary, the pilot moulds are created.
a study is carried out on mould realisation
trusted parteners partecipate in the mould creation phase
the creation phases are controlle, and any imperfections that may have appeared are corrected
the technical components are implemented (moulding, assembly..)
reliability and quality tests are carried out
moulds are monitored and interventions made where necessary
the "stock service" is programmed together with the client.
All the materials used in the production are certified in compliance with RoHS and REACH normatives and
Pc/Abs, Pc, Pa, Pa66 30% Fv, Pps, Ppo, Ultem, Pbt, PP are mainly used.
We are able to produce items from 5 to 350 gr. white the mould can be maximum 400 x 600.
