Verde River Adventure Center offers singles and tandem kayaks for rent in Camp Verde, Clarkdale and Cottonwood and the entire Verde River Valley. Duckies are perfect craft for year round boating on the Verde River and her side tributaries. A tandem ducky can extend your explorations for days with the capacity to haul lots of gear for a confortable and well provisioned adventure. We feature AIRE and AIRE Tributary Series Rafts and Inflatable Kayak AKA Duckies. We also rent miscellaneous river and camping equipment.
This is our most popular style of boat rental for day trips, and a ton of fun too!
What's Included All kayak & raft rentals include paddle(s), life jacket(s), helmet(s). Multi­day rentals also include a pump, and repair kit (if needed).
Reservations To insure we have the river craft you want we highly recommend you reserve your choice in advance. Advance reservations are required for all multi­day rentals.

Paddle Rafts
Verde Rive Adventure Center offers a great fleet of small quality raft rentals in the Verde River Valley. These small rafts 9.5 is perfect for year round boating and the 12 to 13 footers are perfect for those big spring and monsoon season flows. A paddle raft is where everyone sits on the sides of the raft and uses a paddle to move the boat, with one person in the back working as the 'guide'. What's Included All paddle raft rentals include life jackets and paddles. Multi­day rentals also include pump, repair kit, throw bag and straps. Reservations To insure we have the size boat you want we highly recommend you reserve your choice in advance. 13’ AIRE Super Puma with Oar Frame fits 2­3 people
Great for multiday trips Verde River Adventure Center offers a great fleet and boats perfect high desert boating. A oar raft is where one rower sits in the middle of the boat on a frame and rows with two oars. Some rowing experience is necessary to safely maneuver this style of boat. What's included All oar raft rentals include life jackets, 3 oars, rowing frame and cooler. Multi­day rentals also include dry box, pump, repair kit, throwbag, bowline and straps. Reservations To insure we have the size boat you want we highly recommend you reserve your choice in advance.
