Summary
•The Customer asked Crushing Components to quote on
repairing a 36x25 jaw crusher Swingstock.
•Crushing Components welded up the Swingstock bore, jaw
seating face and machined it back down to spec.
•Crushing Components replaced the swing jaw liner, supplied a
new shaft, bushes, toe lugs, wear plate as well as all bolts.
•Crushing Components also wrapped outer exposed shaft with
Denso Tape to protect the shaft from inclement weather as well
as harsh storage conditions at the mine.
