ABOUT CHANTILLY
Chantilly is a popular neighborhood of 660+ homes situated in the heart of Charlotte, between the historic
Plaza-Midwood and Elizabeth areas. Chantilly’s tree-lined streets and sidewalks are busy with joggers,
dog-walkers, and baby strollers, and the 1300+ residents of Chantilly are a friendly community of seniors,
young professionals and growing families. Most of the neighborhood’s homes are charming bungalows
built in the 1930’s and its proud homeowners are constantly busy with renovation and beautification
projects. Residents enjoy and patronize neighborhood services, retail and restaurants in nearby
neighborhoods, Plaza-Midwood and Elizabeth.
