INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION
Dear Students,
Vocational and technical branches are equipped with continuously developed and
updated information. To reach and make use of actual information, it is a must to learn and
know technical English because technological books, articles and catalogues are generally
published in English. In order to use the technical information the publishers are not
supposed to translate and print these documentaries. Neither most of these resources will be
translated nor would these translations be actual when we have reached them.
This module is prepared to increase your individual learning and research proficiency,
improve your technical English level making you more successful in your branches and
equip you with the latest information about metallurgy.
Besides, with the Technical English Module we aimed to proceed your vocational
English to higher levels. By this way you will be able to learn the equivalents of the terms
and the words related to your branch and follow the development in the world closely.
