Randy Travis Released
From Hospital
ountry singer Randy
Travis left a Texas hospital and entered a physical
therapy facility, his publicist said
Wednesday.
The release and transfer came
three weeks after Travis was admitted to The Heart Hospital at
Baylor Plano for treatment of congestive heart failure.
Travis, 54, was initially hospitalized July 7 at Baylor Medical Center at McKinney, Texas, with a
presumptive cardiomyopathy and
congestive heart failure, according
to publicist Kirt Webster. The
singer transferred to The Heart
Hospital the next day.
He later suffered a stroke, which
doctors said was a complication of
the heart failure.
"Thanks to all the fans and
friends for your continued prayers
and support as Randy continues on
the road to recovery," his fiance
Mary Davis said in a written statement Wednesday.

Involved in Car Accident
amie Lee Curtis is at home
recovering after she was involved in a car accident
Thursday morning in Venice,
Calif., reports TMZ.
Curtis, 54, was the passenger in
a black Yukon SUV when it collided with a BMW on a high-traffic street, according to the site,
which pointed out that Curtis
called fellow actress Jodie Foster
immediately after the incident.
Foster, 50, was seen at the scene
shortly afterward.
TMZ reports that Curtis was
rushed to the hospital with minor
injuries following the crash. The
driver of the car was said to have
suffered more serious injuries, but

'Piolin' Spanish Radio Icon Accused
of Sexually Harassing Co-Star

break. While throwing a
going-away party at her
Malibu home last weekend, a
group of girls snuck into the reality star's bedroom and stole bikinis, purses and pictures, TMZ
reports. The alleged thieves unloaded their loot in the street after
being spotted by a fellow partygoer. A valet driver found Hilton's
belongings and turned them in to
the cops; no police report was
filed.
"Beto" has made several allega-
tions in a letter to Piolin's bosses
at Univision. In the letter, "Beto"
claims "Piolin" would grab his
genitals when he would arrive to
the Glendale office in the mornings.
"Beto" also claims "Piolin"
would berate him with homophobic slurs -- even though "Beto" is
straight and has a girlfriend.
Piolin denies the claims and released a statement through his
lawyer accusing "Beto" of concocting the story in a pathetic attempt at a shakedown.
"A disgruntled, troubled employee has made malicious and
false claims about Eddie Sotelo,"
the statement reads. "This was
done as part of a demand for
money. The employee worked
with Eddie for more than a
decade. The employee's allegations of harassment ... are pure
fiction intended to gain a financial
settlement."
