The main chamber can be used for 2 patients laying down on the stretchers, or 3 patients in
sitting position on the stretchers., and in emergency situations the entrance lock also can be
used as treatment chamber.
Further the decompression chamber is completed with the following items:

frame, the emergency high pressure bottles will be stored.

All air inlet and exhaust gas lines insides the DDC are provided with isolation valves

Further the chamber is provided with the essential safety relief valves.

Further both compartments of the DDC are provided with stainless steel drain ball
valves, placed in the bottom section. (internal aswell as external)

The main chamber and entrance lock are provided with a electrical communication
system, of which the transmitter and receiver part is placed in the control panel on the
side of the chamber
also emergency signal hammers will be supplied

The control panel, mounted on the longitudinal side of the DDC consists all necessary
components, to operate the chamber safely, so all the control valves-, pressure gauges, communications-, etc., and also 2 pcs precision depth gauges-, with a accuracy of
0,25%, and mirror scale-, and zero reset-, pressure gauges are with a dual scale-, outer
scale in Bar, and inner scale in Meters of Seawater, with a red marking line at 18 msw.

Oxygen distribution panel for the main chamber, with 3 pcs mask
connection points with overboard dump system.
Each in- and outlet connection has its own internal shut off valve.

Oxygen distribution panel for the entrance lock, identical as above, but with only
2 pcs mask connection points.

4 x Scott Oxygen breathing masks, (B.I.B.S.), for use in the decompression chamber,
in combination with the above oxygen distribution panels.

Internal lighting system for the main chamber as well as for the entrance chamber,
consisting of internal mounted pressure proof chamber lights, with a long life light
bulb 12 volt -13 watt.
1 x light installed in the entrance chamber, and 2 x installed in the main chamber
Further a main switch board with power transformers is placed on the control stand of
the DDC

1 x Hyperbaric fire extinguisher, which will be placed in the main chamber, content
7,5 litres
This type of fire extinguisher is approved, and provided with safety valves, etc.

High pressure emergency air storage, placed under the decompression chamber,
between
the supports.
This high pressure air bank, is consisting of 10 pcs High pressure air cylinders of each
50 liters at 200 bar, connected by means of a manifold system, and divided in 2 groups
of each 5 cilinders.
Each group has its own pressure reducer, complete with manifold, in order to select
the air bank.
Oxygen analyser, which will be connected with the DDC, to measure the percentage
of oxygen in the main chamber of the DDC.
