JULY 29 – AUGUST 5, 2016
JOIN ME AS WE SAIL THROUGH
GOD’S GLORIOUS SOUTH PACIFIC!
JOIN ME IN TAHITI!
Dear Friends,
Special guests include:
STEVE GREEN
VO CALIST
DICK TUNNEY
P I ANIST
REG GRANT
D RAM ATIST
Sunlight reflects across pristine, crystal-clear waters. White,
coral-sand beaches stretch along the shoreline of secluded
South Seas islands. Beautiful sunsets frame a spray of
ocean breaking onto colorful reefs. Peaceful lagoons with
emerald waters provide the perfect place to take it all in.
Sounds like a postcard, doesn’t it? It’s even better than that.
We can go there together.
Cynthia and I want to extend a personal invitation for
you to sail with us among the beautiful islands of French
Polynesia, July 29–August 5, 2016. While on this memorable
journey, I will be teaching several times from God’s Word,
adding biblical insights to the beauty of our South Seas
surroundings.
On this incredible journey, we’ll have just 146 guests
aboard an elegant, four-masted yacht, the Wind Star—
voted the world’s number one small-ship cruise line. Its
intimate size and thoughtful amenities make this ship an
ideal vessel for us to get better acquainted. Together, we’ll
visit places as beautiful as their exotic names sound: Tahiti,
Moorea and Tahaa . . . just to name a few. Try to imagine our
luau dinner on the beach at Bora Bora!
To enhance our voyage, I’ve invited some greatly gifted
artists. For music, we’ll have the pleasure of hearing
Steve Green and Dick Tunney known far and wide for
their amazing gifts. We also look forward to professor and
accomplished actor Reg Grant’s unique dramatizations in
costume that will bring scriptural characters to life before
our eyes. What a grand opportunity for each of us to draw
closer to our Lord Jesus and to one another during this
unforgettable journey!
Cynthia and I truly look forward to some very personal
time with friends like you, as all of us become traveling
companions in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Please—come with us!
Anticipating a trip of a lifetime with you,

8-DAY CRUISE ITINERARY
DEPARTING FROM PAPEETE, TAHITI, FRENCH POLYNESIA • FRIDAY, JULY 29, 2016
EMBARK ATION: 1:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. DEPART: 11:59 P.M.
MOOREA, FRENCH POLYNESIA | SATURDAY, JULY 30, 2016, 6:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Heart-shaped and punctuated by towering peaks, the island of Moorea has long been
a favorite destination of travelers and honeymooners in French Polynesia. It’s more
romantic, more remote and perhaps more peaceful than neighboring Tahiti, which is one
reason this is the island Tahitians visit on their own vacations. Once described by Arthur
Frommer as the world’s most beautiful island, Moorea is surrounded by a shallow lagoon,
home to a number of resorts known for their exotic overwater bungalows.
TAHAA, FRENCH POLYNESIA | SUNDAY, JULY 31, 2016, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Considered a sister island to the larger Raiatea, Tahaa is enclosed by the same coral reef
that encompasses its companion—giving both islands a reputation for world-class diving,
windsurfing and sportfishing. The majority of Tahiti’s vanilla production takes place on
this flower-shaped island and the wonderful fragrance permeates its lush shores. Tours of
local vanilla plantations are popular with cruise guests.
RAIATEA, FRENCH POLYNESIA | SUNDAY, JULY 31, 10:00 P.M. – MONDAY, AUGUST 1, 10:00 P.M.
Though the largest of French Polynesia’s Leeward Islands, Raiatea is also one of the
quietest and least urban cruise ports in the South Pacific. While a place of untamed
beauty and stunning reef-bordered lagoons, its local reputation is more religious
than scenic: locals know Raiatea as “the sacred island,” and its pre-Christian religious
traditions viewed it as the birthplace of the human race. Don’t miss its many architectural
sites, outdoor temples and historical tours.
BORA BORA, FRENCH POLYNESIA | TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 8:00 A.M. – WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3, 9:00 P.M.
There’s a reason Bora Bora has long been one of the most popular destinations in the
South Pacific. This small island of 4,600 inhabitants first gained western attention when
the U.S. used it as a military base during World War II. Since then, its gorgeous beaches,
stunning volcanic topography and turquoise lagoons have earned it a reputation as a
vacationer’s paradise—and brought decades of honeymooners and paradise-seekers to
its overwater bungalows.
HUAHINE, FRENCH POLYNESIA | THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2016, 7:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
This isolated island is known for its history and slow pace of life. Home to ancient
coral and stone temples and less than 5,000 residents, Huahine is actually two small
islands separated by the spectacular Maroe Bay—all of it surrounded by a coral reef. Its
mountains are covered in banana trees and wild hibiscus. Its beaches are feathered with
soft, white sand. And the atmosphere of its quaint villages, day in and day out, is one of
peace, relaxation and friendship.

KNOWN EXPERIENCES
Luau Dinner Experience in Bora Bora
The first Hawaiians migrated from Polynesia, and their
cultures have been tied together ever since. Relax under
the palm trees and South Pacific stars during this intimate,
exclusive Hawaiian luau dinner. In this once-in-a-lifetime
beachside setting, you’ll fellowship with other like-minded
believers and Insight for Living Ministries supporters.
Steve Green Evening Concert on the Deck of the Ship
As the ship leaves Raiatea, you’ll see the steep cliffs
striated in shades of white, light green, pink, black and
brown. As you enjoy a vista that is unequaled in the
region, you’ll hear the beautiful music of Steve Green
from the ship’s deck as we sail through the beautiful
French Polynesian Islands.
Bible Heroes Brought to Life – Reg Grant Dramatizations
The lives of beloved Bible characters like Jonah, the
Apostle John, Peter and Paul are familiar to most
believers. But you’ll never think about them the same
way again after theologian and dramatist Reg Grant
brings them to life in his entertaining and thoughtprovoking monologues.
