About CCFRA
The Research Association was established
on our Chipping Campden site in 1919.
Today the site covers over 6 hectares
(15.3 acres) and comprises 11 buildings
which house 15 separate departments and
includes 2,658m2 of laboratories, 3,047m2
of process halls and 737m2 of training
rooms. The most recent addition was the
construction of a purpose built day nursery.
Over 300 staff are based at Chipping
Campden.
CCFRA’s subsidiary company Campden &
Chorleywood Hungary has its own premises
in Budapest. It provides specialist services in
food safety and quality management systems,
hygiene, consumer and market research,
product development, legislation, and
training.
