PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
MIHRM International Congress is a must-attend event for
industry professionals to come together to learn, exchange
ideas, network as well as help solve the most pressing issues
facing the industry to meet the continuous challenges of the
future.
This inaugural International Congress brought together 400
participants from Asia and beyond to share in a programme
designed to tackle issues at the cutting edge of leadership
today. It is our key objective for the Congress to give multiple
opportunities to expand professional networks and make
lasting connections at a variety of events held throughout
the Congress.
The Congress equipped attendees with a world of knowledge on best practices and highlighted
latest trends on essential topics such as talent management, development and engagement, and
will also highlight today’s challenges such as social media, big data and HR analytics.
I take this opportunity to thank all the delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and strategic partners for helping to
make this inaugural Congress a huge success of which we can all be proud of as part of our effort
and contribution towards building the National Human Capital Agenda of Malaysia.
