AND
DEALER RACING AGREEMENT
It is agreed; that, all Moto-Ski Bullets purchased by the Dealers, are
competition machines and are to be entered in as many major sanctioned
and non-sanctioned races as feasible during the racing season.
These Bullets must remain under Dealer control and must be kept in full
competition status at all times.
The undersigned Dealer; also, understands that if he has an outstanding
driver and Bullet in a particular class, he could be called on by the
Distributor, to participate in a particular race, if it was deemed
necessary.
The Dealer agrees that on every Monday, following a race, he will submit
the necessary forms to the Distributor as to what race was attended and
the results.
The Dealer will also take into consideration that if he has a particular
driver that does
not perform up to par in a class, that a substitute
driver should be found as soon as possible.
Priority races should be the U.S.S.A. Sanctioned events held on any
weekend, second would be other sanctioned races such as M.S.A., A.S.A.,
etc.
The Dealer, understands that these competition machines do not carry any
type of warranty by the Manufacturer.
