n A new Angel of Hope monument
was recently unveiled at BonneyWatson’s Washington Memorial Park, Seatac, Washington. The
monument, designed to commemorate the
10th anniversary of The TEARS Foundation, is the only one of its kind in the United
States dedicated to the memory of infants
who died before reaching their first birthday. Founded in 2002 by Sarah Slack, the
