followed by an evening concert at the Concert
Hall Aarhus. The students will celebrate the day with a
party in the University Park.

Concert with music composed by Sebastian performed by well-known artists, including Rasmus Nøhr, Mattias Kolstrup, Randi Laubek, Lis Sørensen, Søren Sko

Seats in the Main Hall (afternoon) and in the Concert Hall Aarhus (evening)
for Aarhus University staff and their guests will be assigned by drawing lots.
Aarhus University was officially opened on 11 September 1928 and holds an
annual celebration to commemorate its founding. In addition to staff, we also
invite external associates whose support is invaluable to Aarhus University.

Please register via www.kongreskompagniet.dk/enmed
no later than 19 August 2016. Your invitation is personal and non-transferable.
You can register for the afternoon ceremony and/or for the evening concert
with or without a guest. Registration opens on 8 August at 9:00.
Registration closes on 19 August and KongresKompagniet will then allocate
seats by drawing lots among registered employees.
At the beginning of September, you will receive a message stating whether you
have been offered a seat at the afternoon ceremony and/or the evening concert
after the drawing of lots. If too many employees sign up, you will be put on a waiting list.
You will be notified about the waiting list by email. Tickets will be sent by post.
