The Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY), its charitable foundation and
QVC hold an annual fundraiser, QVC Presents “FFANY Shoes on Sale.” This is one of the
footwear industry’s largest charitable events, raising significant monies to exclusively
fund innovative breast cancer research, education and public awareness at several
leading research centers and facilities across the United States.
An elite group of shoe and handbag designers are invited to participate in our designer
shoe salon, which takes place at the event. The designer footwear is sold at half of the
suggested retail value, with all net proceeds benefiting breast cancer research. This is an
exclusive part of the event for “FFANY Shoes on Sale” guests and will not be sold on-air.
DONATION REQUIREMENTS:
Ŕ Retail value of each style is at least $400
Ŕ A minimum of three styles across a full range of size runs
Ŕ Women’s and Men’s styles welcome
Ŕ Handbags are also welcome
Ŕ The total quantity, style, size, retail and wholesale value breakdowns
for each style being donated
WHAT YOUR DONATION BRINGS YOU:
ŔA tax letter, if requested, listing the wholesale value of your donation
ŔTwo tickets to the event on October 8, 2014
ŔListing in Footwear News and Footwear Plus “Thank You” advertisements
ŔListing in event program
ŔSalon signage with your logo
ŔCredit listing during on-air end credits
