students with 24/7 access to wellness resources they can count on anytime – day or night.
Liveandworkwell.com is a secure website that provides students with confidential support for life’s
challenges and changes. At liveandworkwell.com, students will find a wealth of NCQA and URAC
accredited articles and resources, including:
Health Risk Assessments
Students may choose from up to six (6) assessments that cover different areas of health, fitness and wellbeing. Available assessments include: general health risk, health and brain trauma, cardiac risk, diabetes
risk, fitness, and general health risk. After students complete an assessment, they are offered credible and
practical advice on how to improve their health in that particular area.
Personalized Self-Help Programs
Students have full access to interactive, personalized self-help tools for guidance with alcohol, drugs, stress
and depression. A Tobacco Cessation Center is also available for students in need of information, support
and resources to help them quit tobacco.
Podcasts, Videos and Trainings
Students can listen to over 50 podcasts dedicated to combatting depression, the deadly medical condition
that affects more than 15 million Americans every year. They may also watch over 75 short, informative
videos on a variety of subjects including alcohol abuse, anxiety, organization, stress and sleep. Quarterly
webinars are also offered to educate students on maintaining a well-balanced lifestyle.
Health Estimators
Students may use health estimators to easily calculate their target heart rate, ideal weight, body fat,
calories burned, blood alcohol, smoking costs, ovulation and more.

Financial Calculators
Students may access a variety of financial calculators to help them determine how much to budget
for college living expenses and learn how rate changes affect their credit card balances. These tools are
designed to help students make informed decisions about buying insurance, applying for financial aid,
budgeting and much more.
Health Encyclopedia
Liveandworkwell.com contains a comprehensive, continuously updated knowledge base of information on
over 1,600 diseases and conditions. Students may search by symptoms, find commonly prescribed tests,
read about types of surgeries and research nutrition topics. Students may obtain information from as many
as 3,600 articles, as well as medical illustrations, photographs and diagrams.
Monthly Newsletters
Students may read United Behavioral Health’s Wellness Monthly newsletters for featured articles and upto-date wellness advice.
Discussion Forums
Students can interact and build relationships with people in the wellness community through message
boards. They may either join a current discussion or start a new one on a topic that concerns and/or
interests them.
