Summary:
I wanted to invite you all to the “Fuel for Success” kick-off event at the Colton High School on Thursday
March 21st starting at 9am. The Colton High School is located at 777 West Valley Blvd in the city of Colton.
The “Fuel for Success” program has empowered at-risk youth across the United States to endure pressures of
daily life and to continue with school and pursue healthy lifestyles. This year we are going to have Joey
Logano NASCAR driver for Shell-Pennzoil (number 22 car) signing autographs; the Inland Valley SWAT team
will be running and participating in an obstacle course with the pit crews for Penske racing. There will also be a
police K-9 demonstration, and “Tiffany” from 96.7 KCAL FM will be an MC for the event and obstacle course
challenge. The Automobile Club of California will be there as well as other vendors and local businesses from
the cities of Colton, Rialto, and Fontana.
We are inviting all media to attend and cover this event; we anticipate a great turnout and lots of fun for

Giving Kids The Fuel For Success
For the last five years, the Fuel For Success program has empowered at-risk youth across the United
States to endure pressures of daily life and to continue with school and pursue healthy lifestyles. In
2012, we invited the Shell-Pennzoil NASCAR team to participate in SWAT exercises for local youth.
