Reference Week Data
This report is based on employment statistics, as reported by graduates, during the 2011-2012 Graduate Survey conducted by Forum Research, through the
authority of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU).
The graduate employment information is collected and reported for a one-week period of time referred to as a “Reference Week”. The “Reference Week” occurs
approximately 6 months after graduation and is selected by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
Please note that “Reference Week” data does not take into consideration any graduate employment that may have occurred outside this period of time. Given
that this data is for a set, one-week period it may be affected by seasonal/situational fluctuations and trends in recruitment cycle of employers in certain
industries. For further discussion on factors that impact graduate employment, or to get more information on graduated employment within a 6-month period of
time after graduation, please contact Fleming Data Research or Career Services.

Salary Information: Please note that, due to the method of data collection in the survey and the non-standard payment schedule in certain fields, some values
do not reflect a true Average Annual Salary for certain programs. For more information about the programs that may be affected by this method of data
collection, please contact Fleming Data Research or Career Services.
Graduate employment values are based on the graduates who were classified as eligible for work according to the MTCU criteria. If the graduate did not provide
sufficient salary information, annual income was not included. Only graduates who were employed in FULL-TIME (≥30 hours/week), RELATED work are included
in the calculation of average salary. Any salaries below $16,033.97 (30 hours/week at $10.25 minimum wage) or above $85,000 were not included in the
calculation of average salary.
NOTE: An * indicates that salary information was available for fewer than 5 graduates within the program. All salaries within the above limits have been included
in the school and college average salary calculations, including those for programs with less than 5 graduates with salary information.
Number of Valid Surveys: The number of valid surveys reflects the number of completed surveys that met the (MTCU) criteria.
Programs: This report includes all programs with graduates in Summer 2011, Fall 2011 and Winter 2012; including programs not currently offered.
Privacy: Responses as few as one are explicitly displayed in this report. Therefore, this report should be kept confidential for internal use only to protect the
privacy of the students/graduates in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
For any reporting external to Fleming College, statistics should only be provided for programs that have at least five (5) graduates.
