New for 2015, Graphite Design introduces the
newest addition to the Tour AD premium line
of golf shafts, the Tour AD MJ. Designed and
manufactured at the Graphite Design Japan factory
headquarters, the new Tour AD MJ wood shaft is
available in 50g R2, R1 and S flex, 60g SR, S and X
flex, 70g S and X flex and 80g S and X flex.
The Tour AD MJ utilizes premium, aerospace
quality 50t carbon-fiber materials to provide the
best performing shaft available. Designed with a
softer tip and stiffer mid to butt section to promote
a higher launch condition and low/mid spin, the
Tour AD MJ also utilizes the 3rd generation version
of the Toray Nano-alloy material technology known
as “DI Technology” in the tip section of the shaft
for additional shaft stability, exceptional feel and

and slightly softer tip than the Tour AD DI. This

The Graphite Design Tour AD SL-II light weight wood
shafts were designed with lower swing speed players in
mind. The Tour AD SL-II series consists of two models, the
Tour AD SL-II 4 and the Tour AD SL-II 5. Both models
are available in two colors choices of either metallic pink or
metallic blue. The Tour AD SL-II 4’s weigh 49 grams and
are available in RR2 and RR1 Flex. The Tour AD SL-II 5’s
weigh 59 grams and are available in R2, R1 and SR Flex.
The Tour AD SL-II 4 RR2 and RR1 flex shafts are designed for
players with driver swing speeds of up to 70 mph. The Tour
AD SL-II 5 R2 and R1 flex shafts would best fit players in the
61-85 mph range and the Tour AD SL-II 5 SR (Stiff Regular)
flex shafts are designed for swing speeds in the range of 85
to 95 mph.

Designed and manufactured exclusively at the Graphite
Design Japan factory headquarters, the Tour AD GT
UT - Utility hybrid shafts are available in six weights of
55g, 65g and 75g in R and S flex, 85g in R, S and X
flex, 95g S and X Flex and 105g S and X flex.
The lighter weights of the Tour AD GT UT shafts in 55,
65 and 75 grams are based on a wood shaft profile
with a softer yet stable feel and mid torque range. The
tip sections are more active to produce a mid/high
launch condition and to provide the player with greater
distance and accuracy.
The heaver weights of the Tour AD GT UT shafts in 85,
95 and 105 grams are based on an iron shaft profile
with a stiffer tip section for a more penetrating ball
flight. The stiffer bend profile is designed to promote a

The Tour AD Iron Series are complementing models of the popular

* COMBO FLEX - The G-Tech Wood and Iron shafts are a Combo Flex shaft, meaning the shaft blanks are sold as two types, the L/A Flex and R/S Flex. The amount of tipping at installation is what determines the final shaft flex .
COMBO Flex Example #1: If you desire a G-Tech Regular Flex shaft for a Driver, you would buy the GTECH2DR-R/S part number and it would not be tipped for a Driver application.
COMBO Flex Example #2: If you want a G-Tech Stiff Flex shaft for a Driver, you would buy the GTECH2DR-R/S part number and it would be tipped 2.0" for a Driver application.
* Graphite Design encourages consulting a PGA Professional or qualified club builder to help you determine the correct shaft and length for your swing profile and to meet your goals.
* Always leave a minimum of 0.5" of the parallel tip section of the shaft above the hosel. For example with a hosel depth of 1.5" and a parallel tip length of 4.0", the tip trim length should not exceed 2.0".
* Improper installation may effect the intended performance of the shaft. Warranty is for material and workmanship of our products. Improper installation voids warranty of product.
