Since the death of their daughter, Lori, Mary and Bruce Williams have been handing out scholarships each year at the
Great Darke County Fair before the parade on Thursday morning. This year’s Lori Williams Memorial Scholarship for
$1,000 went to Rachel Osterloh, daughter of Luke and Sharon Osterloh and a student at Bowling Green University. The
Lori Williams Memorial Advanced 4-H Scholarship ($500), which is awarded to previous recipients of the memorial
scholarship, went to Micaela Wright, daughter of Mike and Melissa Wright and student at Wilmington College, and
Dylan Hesson, son of Doug and Sherry Hesson and attending Wright State University. Shown are, from left, to right,
