Rutter and Wilbanks Corporation ("Rutter and Wilbanks") has acquired 100% of
the working interest from Prodigy Alaska, LLC on approximately 36,000 acres on the
Northern Lights Prospect, Crook Inlet, Alaska, Please be advised, Renaissance Resources
(Alaska), LLC ("Renaissance") has a working relationship with Rutter and Wilbanks and
has obtained an exclusive option to acquire the 36,000 acres from Rutter and Wilbanks
upon lundine, of- Renaissance. Although this is a separate prospect from the North Middle
Ground Shoal Unit, this option indicates our commitment to explore and develop the
hydrocarbon resources of the Cook inlet, Alaska and further enhances our ability to
a:tract funding to mobilise a jack-up rig.
Renaissance is actively pursuing fundi:;g, and has recently received a term sheet
from KcyBanc. We hope to lock in funding from other financial institutions upon
cemplCtiOn of various due diligence requirements.
