Mahakea Villa1
Laie house description
One-of-a-kind, resort style home with tropical hard-wood floors, Merbeau windows and
doors, sub-zero and Bosch appliances, and the finest amenities possible. Ideal location
for WEDDINGS, and Large Events, Family Parties, Baby's 1st B-Day etc. The home has
been designed around a central courtyard area with pool, Bali cabana, firepots, and
spilling water fountains. Sliding doors open on both sides of the living room and master
bedroom & look into the courtyard on one side and the blue pacific ocean on the other.
All rooms open to the beach or the courtyard pool area. An almost private sandy beach
that is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The sandbar creates ideal body surfing
waves all year round. Turtle Bay Resort, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and the famous
North Shore surf are right down the road. The coastline to the south of the property all
the way to Kaneohe offers great shoreline fishing. This quiet country area has a
waterfall hike across the street in lush tropical rain forest.

Beautiful venue

We had an incredible wedding at Mahakea Estate. We rented both Villas and it
was very convenient having everyone in one location. Also, the private beach
just made for a perfect weekend. We definitely recommend this location.



Beautiful, historic home completely restored and modernized in 2014, with 2500 square
foot of living area, 100' feet of private, beach front access on a pristine, white sandy
beach on Oahu's gorgeous North shore for you and your Ohana’s (family) pleasure.
King, 2 queens, 1 full futon, 6 twin/daybeds, and 2 sectional couches w/ hide-a-bed so
there's plenty of capacity for the whole family, including two dining room areas and a
breakfast bar.
Amazing snorkeling/kayaking on what will frequently be your own private beach (aside
from the sea turtles who like to sleep here at night). World class surfing right up the
street. Ten minute drive to Kualoa Ranch and Polynesian Cultural Center.

each other’s company on the outside Gazebo.
With complete seclusion, The Plantation removes you from the hustle and bustle of city

Hale Lokahi Estate
Hauula estate description
'Lokahi' (loh-kah-hee) means unity, peace and serenity.
Our 1 acre estate is one block from the beach and yet has privacy and a feeling of
being on your own island, away from all the craziness of the world. The 5,000 sq. ft.
home is very spacious and accommodates big groups easily, whether inside or outside.
The secluded back of the house has several lanais’ that overlook large, spacious lawns
and have a stunning backdrop of the beautiful Ko'olau Mountains.
Hale Lokahi Estate is perfect for small weddings/receptions (no more than 75 total),
spiritual retreats, family reunions, seminars or workshops. There is a large and spacious
'great room' with spectacular open-beam ceilings. The large, picturesque windows thru
out gives a sense of the outside and inside are connected. There are beds/sofa beds for
30 people. There are four distinct sleeping areas, totaling 10 bedrooms.

Impressed and pleased!
I had a large group of family and this house was PERFECT! Everyone had more than
enough space and the two kitchens helped when we cooked our meals. We took a look
at the house (we live on island) a couple months before we stayed and feel in love with
the house and the yard. It was amazing and a perfect backdrop for our wedding. The
walk to the beach took less than five minutes and it was beautiful with hardly anyone
else in the water. The owners were helpful and so nice, always willing to answer any
questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Oahu. Our estate has an acre of grass, and a mile-long private beach making it a picturesque backdrop for your
