DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner
inconsistent with its labeling.
Use Sites: In and around structures, including, but not limited to,
residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional,
research, recreational, health care, educational, daycare, hospitality
and agricultural buildings and other man-made structures, garages,
transport vehicles, sewers, animal rearing and handling establishments
and food handling and food processing establishments.
Indoor Use: Results will be best if spilled food and other debris
are cleaned up before applying bait. Apply bait in small spots about
¼” in diameter. Bait can also be applied in thin lines if appropriate.
For most infestations, applications should range from 10 to 20
spots per 100 square feet. Use the higher number of spots when
infestations are heavy and/or when roaches are living primarily in
wall voids or other inaccessible areas. Smaller, more frequent spots
are better than occasional large spots.
Look for areas, particularly cracks and crevices, where roaches
may hide or enter buildings. Some of these areas include areas
where baseboards are peeling away from the wall, cracks in and
around equipment and appliances such as stoves, sinks, dishwashers,
refrigerators and walk-in coolers, hollow table legs, areas where
pipes come through walls, cracks between different construction
elements, around electrical boxes, cracks around hinges, where
cabinets meet walls and cracks leading into wall, ceiling or floor
voids. Pay particular attention to cracks which lead into void areas,
even small ones. Also specifically look for warm, moist areas.
Around and under dishwashers, refrigerators, ice machines, sinks,
tubs and toilets and around drain openings are particularly attractive
areas for roaches. Insert the syringe tip directly into the crack and
apply about 0.5g (pea size) amount of bait.
Do not apply bait to areas that are washed down frequently, such
as in cracks around the edges of food prep surfaces. Do not apply
bait in areas where there is a risk of electrical shock. Be careful not
to apply bait on hot surfaces or other areas where the temperature
may exceed 130 °F as the bait could melt and drip. Bait placements
should be in concealed, not open areas. Do not spray insecticides
or other chemicals over bait placements, as this may cause roaches
not to eat the bait. Apply bait out of reach of children and pets.
Inspect bait placements periodically and reapply bait as needed.
Ongoing monitoring is recommended as part of an Integrated Pest
Management program.
Manufactured by:
Food Processing and Handling Establishments, Including
Federally-Inspected Food Plants: In food areas, including
serving areas while the establishment is in operation, only apply
bait in cracks, crevices, and other inaccessible areas, or in tamperresistant bait stations. Follow above directions for crack and crevice
placement. Avoid contamination of food and feedstuffs. Never apply
bait directly to a surface where food is stored, prepared or served.
Any bait that is left visible after treatment must be washed up.
Outdoor Use: Apply bait on the outside surfaces of buildings and
other structures, as well as in crawlspaces, attics and other voids.
Porches, garages, sheds, AC units and other outbuildings, fences or
walls may also need treatment. Pay particular attention to cracks
where roaches may enter buildings and treat those areas. These
areas include but aren’t limited to cracks around windows, doors,
eaves and soffits, expansion joints, and areas where lines or pipes
enter buildings. Under siding and molding are also attractive areas
for insects to hide. Apply bait in spots or lines as indicated for
indoor baiting.
Storage and Disposal
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
Storage: Store in a dry place. Do not store where children or
animals may gain access.
Disposal: If empty: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse this
container. Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly
filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-CLEANUP
which is managed as a public-private partnership.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Kills Acrobat, allegheny, big-headed, cornfield, crazy, ghost, little black, odorous
house, pavement, pharaoh, pyramid, thief and white-footed ants.
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent
with its labeling.
Use Sites: In and around structures, including, but not limited to,
homes, apartments, commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, research,
recreational, health care, educational, daycare, hospitality and agricultural
buildings and other man-made structures, garages, transport vehicles, sewers,

Indoor Use
Results will be best if spilled food and other debris are cleaned up before
applying bait. Apply bait so it is out of reach of children and pets. Apply bait
only in cracks, crevices, voids, other inaccessible areas, and non-exposed
surfaces such as the undersides of furniture and fixtures and under or behind
appliances. If bait contacts exposed surfaces, remove bait and wash exposed
surfaces. Do not contaminate food or feed. Do not apply bait to areas that

surfaces. Do not apply bait in areas where there is a risk of electrical shock.
Do not apply bait on hot surfaces or other areas where the temperature may
exceed 130 °F as the bait could melt and drip.
Roaches: Apply bait in small spots about ¼” (pea-sized) in diameter
(about 0.5g). For most roach infestations, apply 10 to 20 spots per 100 square
feet. Use the higher number of spots when infestations are heavy and/or
when roaches are living primarily in walls voids or other inaccessible areas.
Smaller, more frequent spots are better than occasional large spots. Bait may
also be applied in tamper-resistant bait stations. Apply about 1 gram (3/8” size
spot) in each station. Place 1-3 stations per 100 square feet in out of the way
places where roaches may hide.
Look for areas where roaches may hide or enter buildings. Some of these
areas include areas where baseboards are peeling away from walls, cracks
in and around equipment and appliances such as stoves, sinks, dishwashers,
refrigerators, ice machines and walk-in coolers, tubs, toilets, drain openings,
hollow table legs, areas where pipes come through walls, cracks between
different construction elements, around electrical boxes, cracks around hinges,
where cabinets meet walls and cracks leading into wall, ceiling or floor voids.
Pay particular attention to cracks which lead into void areas, even small
ones. Inspect bait every 2-4 weeks and reapply when bait is almost entirely
consumed.
Silverfish: Apply in 0.5g (pea size) spots as for roaches. Apply 5-10 spots
per 100 square feet. Bait areas where silverfish are seen, such as bathrooms,
around bookcases, stacks of papers, or peeling wallpaper and to cracks
between the living space and the attic, such as around light fixtures. Inspect
bait after 2-4 weeks and reapply if bait is almost entirely consumed.

IXGB025: 25 lb carton
Not yet registered in CA. Check www.rockwelllabs.com for updates.
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its
labeling.
Use Sites: In and around structures, including homes, apartments, commercial, industrial, municipal,
institutional, research, recreational, health care, educational, daycare, hospitality and agricultural
buildings and other man-made structures, garages, transport vehicles, sewers, animal research facilities,
and food service, storage, handling and processing establishments. Turf sites include lawns, landscape
beds, ornamental turf, parks, playing fields, right-of-ways, golf course greens and tee boxes, and home
greenhouses.
How It Works: Roaches, crickets, silverfish, firebrats, and earwigs discover the bait while foraging
and eat it and die. Worker ants* cannot eat solid food, so they pick up the bait and take it back to the
nest and feed it to the larvae. The larvae digest solid food and excrete liquid food for the rest of the
colony.
Outdoor Perimeter Application: Apply bait at a rate of 1/2 – 1 oz (2 - 4 tablespoons) per 100
square feet. Use a hand shaker, duster or mechanical spreader to apply the bait. Apply in a band from
1 - 3 feet wide around the perimeter of buildings. For example, a 2 foot band around a 200 linear
foot building would require 8 – 16 tablespoons (1/2 – 1 cups) of bait. Also apply around exterior
light fixtures and along the edges of sidewalks, patios and driveways and under decks. Pay particular
attention to potential insect harborage sites such as mulch beds, flowerbeds, fruit and vegetable
gardens, compost heaps, wood piles, trees, stumps and trash areas and apply bait at the more liberal
application rate in these areas. In home greenhouses, apply bait on and under benches. Do not apply
bait directly in flats or pots. Pets may be attracted to this product. Do not pile the bait in exposed
areas. The bait may also be sprinkled in and around rodent bait stations to control insects that harbor
in these stations. When treating for ants*, apply ½ to 1 oz of bait around ant mounds and sprinkle
along foraging trails. For ants*, pay particular attention to harborage areas and apply bait around trees
and stumps, in tree cavities, in and around firewood piles, around landscaping stones and in mulch beds.
Ants* can take the bait back to the nest and kill the colony. Bait may also be applied in insect bait
stations. Reapply bait after one week if infestation is still present. To prevent large insect populations
from developing around structures in warm months, a quarterly application around the perimeter
and to harborage areas, as described above, is recommended. This treatment is particularly effective
to help prevent the establishment of large colonies of pest ants*. If the perimeter is treated with a
repellent insecticide (eg. pyrethroid), the bait may still be used around the perimeter, but it should
be applied in a band outside the repellent barrier for best results. As a separate matter from the
use of this product, as part of an IPM program, it is recommended that overhanging trees and other
vegetation touching the structure be trimmed back, and cracks or gaps around pipes and window and
door frames be sealed to minimize potential insect entry into buildings.
Sewer Application: Apply bait at a rate of 1 oz per 100 square feet along ledges inside sewers and
around manhole covers.
Indoor Application: Apply bait only in areas inaccessible to children and pets, or in tamperresistant bait stations. Use a hand shaker or duster to apply bait. Apply up to 0.5 oz (2 tablespoons)
per crack, crevice or void, or at a rate of 0.5 oz (2 tablespoons) per 100 sq ft. Trash closets, utility
closets, dropped ceilings, under and behind appliances and vending machines, in wall voids and voids
under and behind cabinets, sinks and tubs, in drawer wells, garbage chutes, pipe chases, elevator pits,
around drains, around electrical conduits and in cracks and crevices where insects may harbor. Focus
application in areas where insects or their signs are seen. Reapply bait after one week if infestation
is still present. The bait may be broadcast in unfinished attics, basements and crawlspaces provided
children do not have access to these areas.
Manufactured by:
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This pesticide is highly toxic to birds and aquatic invertebrates. Do not apply
directly to water, or to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas
below the mean high water mark. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide
to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
There are no specific requirements for applicators or other handlers, however, the
following is recommended at a minimum:
-Short-sleeved shirt and long pants
-Shoes plus socks
Turf Application: Apply bait evenly over the affected area using a hand shaker or mechanical
spreader at a rate of 4 – 8 oz per 1000 square feet or 10 - 20 lbs per acre. The product should not
be watered in. For mole cricket treatments, results will be best if the area is irrigated prior to bait
treatment. Mole crickets typically come to the surface to feed in the evening.

FIRST AID
IF IN EYES: -Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20
minutes.
-Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing.
-Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
Application tips for certain sites follow:
1. In attics, be sure to get bait near the eaves and vent pipes where insects often first enter, as well
as around any pipes or potential access points between the attic and the main structure. Attics
should have proper ventilation to insure that no food odor from the bait seeps into the living area,
particularly in hot weather. If in doubt, apply the product in a manner such that it can be easily
removed.
2. When treating cabinetry areas, if there is no gap between the lower cabinets and the kickplate,
then small holes can be drilled to access the voids. Escutcheon plates around pipes can also be pulled
back to allow access to voids.
3. The bottom drawers in kitchen and bathroom cabinets can be removed and bait dusted into
drawer wells. No bait should be left exposed when drawers are replaced.
4. Electrical switch plate covers can be removed to allow access to voids, but bait shouldn’t be
applied directly in electrical boxes.
5. If there are cracks between baseboards, cabinets, doorframes, hinges, counters or trim, and
walls, these cracks can be lightly dusted with bait. If practical, these areas can be sealed once insect
problems have been eliminated, to help prevent future problems.
6. Insects need moisture, so kitchen and bath areas and areas immediately surrounding them, and
any other damp areas should be carefully inspected and treated if necessary. As a separate matter
from the use of this product, as part of an IPM program, it is advisable to fix any leaks to minimize
structural damage and odors, and to prevent potential chronic insect problems.
Food Processing and Handling Establishments, Including Federally-Inspected Food
Plants: In food areas, including serving areas while the establishment is in operation, only apply bait
in cracks, crevices, and other inaccessible areas, or in tamper-resistant bait stations. Never apply bait
directly to a surface where food is stored, prepared or served. Follow above directions for crack and
crevice placement.
Storage and Disposal
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
Pesticide Storage: Store in a dry place. Do not store where children or animals may gain access.
For 25 lb containers:
Container Handling: Non-refillable container. If empty: Do not reuse or refill this container.
Place in trash or offer for recycling if available.
If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-CLEANUP which is managed as
a public-private
partnership.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its
labeling.
Use Sites: In and around structures, including homes, apartments, commercial, industrial, municipal,
institutional, research, recreational, health care, educational, daycare, hospitality and agricultural
buildings and other man-made structures, garages, transport vehicles, sewers, animal research
facilities, and food service, storage, handling and processing establishments. Turf sites include lawns,
landscape beds, ornamental turf, parks, playing fields, right-of-ways, golf course greens and tee boxes,
and home greenhouses.
How It Works: Worker ants* cannot eat solid food, so they pick up the bait and take it back to the
nest and feed it to the larvae. The larvae digest solid food and excrete liquid food for the rest of
the colony.
Outdoor Perimeter Application: Apply bait at a rate of 1/2 – 1 oz (2 - 4 tablespoons) per 100
square feet. Use a hand shaker, duster or mechanical spreader to apply the bait. Apply in a band
from 1 - 3 feet wide around the perimeter of buildings. For example, a 2 foot band around a 200
linear foot building would require 8 – 16 tablespoons (1/2 – 1 cups) of bait. Also apply around
exterior light fixtures and along the edges of sidewalks, patios and driveways and under decks. Pay
particular attention to potential insect harborage sites such as mulch beds, flowerbeds, fruit and
vegetable gardens, compost heaps, wood piles, trees, stumps and trash areas and apply bait at the
more liberal application rate in these areas. In home greenhouses, apply bait on and under benches.
Do not apply bait directly in flats or pots. Pets may be attracted to this product. Do not pile the
bait in exposed areas. The bait may also be sprinkled in and around rodent bait stations to control
insects that harbor in these stations. When treating for ants*, apply ½ to 1 oz of bait around ant
mounds and sprinkle along foraging trails. For ants*, pay particular attention to harborage areas and
apply bait around trees and stumps, in tree cavities, in and around firewood piles, around landscaping
stones and in mulch beds. Ants* can take the bait back to the nest and kill the colony. Bait may
also be applied in insect bait stations. Reapply bait after one week if infestation is still present. To
prevent large insect populations from developing around structures in warm months, a quarterly
application around the perimeter and to harborage areas, as described above, is recommended.
This treatment is particularly effective to help prevent the establishment of large colonies of pest
ants*. If the perimeter is treated with a repellent insecticide (eg. pyrethroid), the bait may still be
used around the perimeter, but it should be applied in a band outside the repellent barrier for
best results. As a separate matter from the use of this product, as part of an IPM program, it is
recommended that overhanging trees and other vegetation touching the structure be trimmed
back, and cracks or gaps around pipes and window and door frames be sealed to minimize potential
insect entry into buildings.
Sewer Application: Apply bait at a rate of 1 oz per 100 square feet along ledges inside sewers
and around manhole covers.
Indoor Application: Apply bait only in areas inaccessible to children and pets, or in tamperresistant bait stations. Use a hand shaker or duster to apply bait. Apply up to 0.5 oz (2
tablespoons) per crack, crevice or void, or at a rate of 0.5 oz (2 tablespoons) per 100 sq ft. Trash
closets, utility closets, dropped ceilings, under and behind appliances and vending machines, in wall
voids and voids under and behind cabinets, sinks and tubs, in drawer wells, garbage chutes, pipe
chases, elevator pits, around drains, around electrical conduits and in cracks and crevices where
insects may harbor. Focus application in areas where insects or their signs are seen. Reapply
bait after one week if infestation is still present. The bait may be broadcast in unfinished attics,
basements and crawlspaces provided children do not have access to these areas.
Manufactured by:
Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control
center or doctor or going for treatment. You may also contact 800 858 7378
for emergency medical treatment information.
NOTICE: Buyer assumes all responsibility for safety and use not in accordance
with directions.

Escutcheon plates around pipes can also be
pulled back to allow access to voids.
Plants: In food areas, including serving areas while the establishment is in operation, only apply
bait in cracks, crevices, and other inaccessible areas, or in tamper-resistant bait stations. Never
apply bait directly to a surface where food is stored, prepared or served. Follow above directions
for crack and crevice placement.
Storage and Disposal
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal.
Pesticide Storage: Store in a dry place. Do not store where children or animals may gain
access.
For 20 lb container:
Container Handling: Non-refillable container. If empty: Do not reuse or refill this container.

bait placement refills. InTice Thiquid Ant Bait can be diluted with water
to obtain a 1% or 2.5% solution of Borax. Such a dilution is helpful when
a substantial volume of InTice Thiquid Ant Bait is needed in a baiting
program designed to control very large multi-queen and multi-colony ant
infestations.
1% Dilution: 1 part InTice Thiquid Ant Bait to 4 parts water. Mix thoroughly.
2.5% Dilution: 1 part InTice Thiquid Ant Bait to 1 part water. Mix thoroughly.
Using InTice Thiquid Ant Bait in Bait Stations: Apply InTice
Thiquid Ant Bait using bait stations designed to hold bait. This product
will work well in Rockwell’s BaitPlate, D-Sect and PFT stations (sold
separately). Diluted InTice Thiquid Ant Bait may also be spot sprayed just
to the point of run-off onto building foundations, fence posts and other
stationary structures outdoors. Do not spray on grass or plants.
Storage and Disposal
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Do not store where children or
animals may gain access.
For 1 Gallon Size:
Disposal: If Empty: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse this
container. Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If Partly
Filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 1-800-CLEANUP which is

Application Directions
Use Sites: In and around residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial, institutional, municipal, agricultural, research, daycare, health care, educational, recreational, and office buildings, hotels, motels, garages , transport vehicles, warehouses, theaters, and food handling and
food processing establishments.
General Information: CimeXa™ is a desiccant dust that has no odor and will not stain.
When pests contact CimeXa™, the product clings to their exoskeleton and absorbs the
waxy coating, causing death from dehydration.
Application Rates and Methods: Apply at a rate of 2 ounces per 100 square feet. In
attics and crawlspaces, apply at a rate of 1 lb per 1000 square feet. Use a handheld bellows,
bulb or puffer bottle type duster to apply a light, visible film. A power duster may also be
used. Power duster use is limited to cracks, crevices, voids, attics and crawlspaces to insure
containment of dust particles. Liquid Application: The product may be used as a spray,
paint on application, or foam. Combine 1 lb of product with 1 gallon of clean water. Apply
approximately 1 quart of solution per 250 square feet of area to be treated. The product
does not dissolve in water and will be left behind after evaporation. For injection treatment, add the appropriate amount of foaming agent to the product/water slurry and inject
directly into galleries and voids.
General Pest (Ants, Cockroaches, Firebrats, Silverfish, Spiders, Mites) Treatment: Treat attics, crawl spaces, trash closets, utility closets, behind baseboards, around
the perimeter of dropped ceilings, in hollow furniture legs; under and behind bedding, appliances and vending machines; in wall voids and voids under and behind cabinets, sinks and
tubs; in drawer wells, garbage chutes, pipe chases, weep holes in brick or siding, elevator
pits, around drains, around electrical conduits and in cracks and crevices where insects may
harbor. Focus application in areas where insects or their signs are seen.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: CAUTION: Causes moderate
eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap
and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco
or using the toilet.
Application tips for certain use sites follow:
1. In attics, be sure to get dust near the eaves and vent pipes where insects often first enter,
as well as around any pipes or potential access points between the attic and the main
structure.
2. When treating cabinetry areas, if there is no gap between the lower cabinets and the
kickplate, then small holes can be drilled to access the voids. Escutcheon plates around
pipes can also be pulled back to allow access to voids.
3. The bottom drawers in kitchen and bathroom cabinets can be removed and dust applied
into drawer wells. No dust should be left exposed when drawers are replaced.
4. Electrical switch plate covers can be removed to allow access to voids, but dust shouldn’t
be applied directly in electri¬cal boxes.
5. If there are cracks between baseboards, cabinets, doorframes, hinges, counters or trim,
and walls, these cracks can be lightly dusted with product. If practical, these areas can be
Manufactured by:
sealed once insect problems have been eliminated, to help prevent future problems.
6. Insects need moisture, so kitchen and bath areas and areas immediately surrounding
them, and any other damp areas should be carefully inspected and treated if necessary.
Bed Bug Treatment: Remove bedding and take the bed apart. Treat the interior
framework, joints and cracks in the bed frame. Treat the mattress and box spring, paying
particular attention to tufts, folds and edges, and the interior framework of the box spring.
Remove wall-mounted head boards and treat the back side. Treat picture frames, moldings,
hollow furniture legs, cracks and crevices, along baseboards, and any areas with visible signs
of infestation, including rugs and carpet. Treat upholstered furniture by removing or lifting (if
possible) the cushions and treating the undersurface. Treat the interior framework, cracks
and joints of the furniture, and the folds, tufts and edges of cushions and other upholstered
areas. Do not treat toys and stuffed animals with product. Treat wall voids by removing
electrical switch plate covers to allow access, but don’t apply dust directly in electri¬cal
boxes. Apply about ¼ oz of dust to each accessible void.
Flea, Lice and Tick Treatment: Treat kennels, pet bedding/rest areas, floor and floor
coverings, cracks behind molding and baseboards and other areas where pests may harbor.
Drywood Termite Treatment: For existing infestations of drywood termites, use a drill
or probe to locate and access galleries and inject product directly into galleries. An electric
or pneumatic duster which produces a pressure of at least 30 psi and no more than 175 psi
should be used to force dust throughout galleries. Any holes left in framing covering must
be closed and sealed.
Drywood Termite Prevention: Apply at a rate of 1 lb per 1000 square feet in attics and
crawlspaces so that the product coats wood members. Drill periodic access holes into wall
and ceiling voids and inject the dust at a rate of 1 lb per 1000 square feet of surface area.
Insure sufficient holes are drilled to cover interior framing in voids. The working pressure
range of electric or pneumatic dusters should be from 30 to 175 psi and the air supply
should be dried if the relative humidity is higher than 50%.
Food Processing and Handling Establishment Application, including FederallyInspected Meat and Poultry Plants: In food areas, only apply dusts in cracks, crevices,
and other inaccessible areas. Avoid contamination of food and feedstuffs. Avoid introducing
the product into the air. Never apply powder directly to a surface where food is stored,
prepared or served. Any dust that is left visible after treatment should be removed and the
exposed surface washed. Food areas include: processing areas, including enclosed systems
such as syrup and oil plants, dairies, and mills; packing areas, including bottling, canning,
wrapping and boxing; receiving areas; storage areas, including edible waste storage; and
serving areas, such as dining rooms. In these areas, dust sparingly into cracks and crevices,
such as along baseboards and between construction elements. Do not apply when facility is
in operation or when food is exposed. Do not treat surfaces likely to be contacted by food.
Storage and Disposal
Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
Storage: Store in a dry place. Do not store where children or animals may gain access.
Disposal: If Empty: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse this container. Place in trash
or offer for recycling if available. If Partly Filled: Call your local solid waste agency or

OutLAST Pro is a surfactant-based foaming agent specifically designed
to produce thick, dense foam with good body for a variety of pest control,
cleaning and marking applications. Extended foam duration makes
OutLAST Pro the clear choice when results matter. This proprietary

load compared to other foaming agents designed for similar uses. Less
surfactant load leaves less residue in treated areas and the environment.
Caution: Avoid eye and skin contact. Keep out of the reach of children.
In case of eye contact, immediately flush with water for at least 15
minutes. In case of skin contact, wash the area with water. If any irritation
persists, seek medical treatment. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting,
contact a physician for treatment advice.

Eating the Scum of the Earth
InVade products are the ultimate
green cleaners that work more
effectively than simple chemical
cleaners in areas with chronic
moisture and organic matter. While
typical cleaning chemicals tend to
move the debris around, the powerful
probiotics in InVade actually
digest the organic matter,
breaking it down to water
and CO2. InVade contains
a premium blend of natural
probiotic technology microbe
spores that activate when in
contact with their food source
(the organic debris). Six strains
are included which digest
FOG (fats, oils and grease),
34
protein, carbohydrates, cellulose, and
urea. The concept is similar to the
way beneficial microbes in the gut
digest food and enhance the immune
system. InVade products clean
the way nature intended yielding
unmatched results. Benefits include
rapid odor elimination, grease and
organic debris removal, reduction
in slip and fall liability from cleaner
floors, and visual improvements
from eliminating the black gunk
buildup along edges and grout lines.
InVade products will not harm septic
systems or municipal water
treatment operations, and do
not simply push grease into
municipal sewers the way some
chemical and enzyme-based
products can.
InVade technology allows
service companies to solve
problems and offer revenueproducing add-on services with
confidence.

Product Codes:
IBFC016: 16 fl oz squeeze-n-measure bottle
IBFC128: 1 gallon jug with pump top
No Harsh Chemicals or Fumes
Directions For Use
InVadeTM Bio FoamTM contains a concentrated blend
of premium, natural microbes that eliminate organic
debris and odors, citrus oil and foaming agent. It
cleans the way mother nature intended without harsh
chemicals or fumes. Dilute at a rate of 1 oz per quart
of water (4 oz per gallon) and place in the FoamerTM
SimpsonTM or other hand or power foamer. It may also
be used in a hose-end foamer. Do not blend with bleach,
acid or caustic cleaners, disinfectants or antimicrobial
products. Diluted product will generally last in the
foamer and remain efficacious for about a week.
Apply foam to surfaces, cracks, crevices, drains and
other areas with organic build up. InVade may be
used in both food and non-food areas in commercial,
residential, industrial, institutional, agricultural,
educational and other establishments, as well as
transport vehicles (planes, trains, autos, boats, ships).
InVade will not harm septic systems. Do not apply
directly to food contact surfaces unless the surface is
treated with a quaternary ammonia type disinfectant,
or steam-disinfected, after treatment. Prime areas to
treat include under equipment, peeling away baseboards,
beverage line bundles, beverage fountain drip trays, and
voids around dishwashers and tray conveyors. InVade
may also be applied to outdoor areas such as under,
around and inside dumpsters and other areas such
as the adjacent concrete pad where organic matter
tends to accumulate. The foam will take a couple of
hours to dissipate and should be left and not washed
up. Contact us for recommendations for other
applications. Do not apply InVade Bio Foam directly to
lakes, streams, or ponds. Rockwell offers other InVade
products for these applications. Contact us for further
information.
Net Contents: 16 fl oz, 1 US Gallon
Additional Technical Information
InVade Bio Foam contains a concentrated blend of
beneficial soil-derived Bacillus spp. microbe spores.
The included strains digest fats, oils, and grease
(FOG), carbohydrates, proteins, cellulose, urea and
phosphates. The inclusion of the urea eating bacteria
makes InVade beneficial for eliminating urine odors.
The microbial spores are in a dormant state in the
bottle and become active and begin to produce
bacterial colonies when their food (organic matter)
becomes available. The bacterial colonies then become
“enzyme factories” producing the enzymes needed to
break down the organic matter. The end products are
carbon dioxide and water. While use in conjunction
with harsh chemicals and disinfectants is discouraged,
the spore-forming bacteria are more resilient than any
others to chemicals and can maintain effectiveness in
these environments. Similarly, freezing of the product is
discouraged, but tests demonstrate that spores are still
98% active after freezing and thawing.
Precautions
Keep out of reach of children. If more than an
incidental amount is swallowed, seek medical attention
immediately. Give one glass of water and do not induce
vomiting. Wash hands well after use. If in eyes, remove
contacts and flush with water for 15 minutes. Seek
medical attention for any persistent irritation.
Storage and Disposal
Store in a closed, appropriately labeled container, out
of reach of children, between 35 and 95 ˚F. The best
way to dispose of the product is to use it according
to the label. Small amounts of unused product may be
diluted and applied to drains, or placed with municipal
waste. Consult local regulations for disposal of more
than 1 gallon of unused product.

Household Cleaning Uses
Carpet
Hot Spot can be used to clean and deodorize a variety of
stains on carpet. Simply spray over the stain, completely
covering it with foam, and allow the microbes in Hot Spot
to work undisturbed. Hot Spot is best applied immediately
after a spill while the stain is still wet. If applying to an
existing stain, first moisten the area to be cleaned with
water. Multiple applications of Hot Spot may be necessary
for very dark or old stains. Hot Spot should be allowed to
completely dissipate on the stain. Do not scrub or wash
after application. Hot Spot works well on soda, juice, milk,
wine, beer, food residue, oil, urine, vomit, and most other
organic matter.
Other Uses
Hot Spot can be used to control a variety of household
odors, as well. Smelly drains, garbage disposals, litter boxes,
and trash cans are all ideal areas to be deodorized and
cleaned using Hot Spot. Inject directly into drains and
garbage disposals. For trash cans, simply spray Hot Spot
to lightly coat the surface and allow it to dissipate. For
litter boxes, coat the base of the box then add the normal
amount of litter directly on top. Other dirty or smelly
surfaces may also be treated with Hot Spot. Avoid treating
direct food-contact surfaces with Hot Spot. Always test
Hot Spot on a small area of any fabrics first to be sure it
will not stain.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. If more than an
incidental amount is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Give one glass of water and do not induce vomiting.Wash hands well after use. If in eyes, remove contacts
and flush with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention
for any persistent irritation. If spray mist is inhaled, move
to fresh air and seek medical attention if any respiratory
difficulties persist. This is a pressurized aerosol can – store
away from ignition sources. Store between 35 and 95 ˚F.
