We built the longest-lasting bin in the industry
At the time Remcon entered the bin market in 1985, all the bins in the industry had a common weak spot. When the
lip of these bins bumped into something, it created stress. Over time, this stress weakened the lip area, causing it to
break. The average bin only lasted 12-18 months. We felt that was a poor investment. That’s why we created the
game-changing “R” Lip. Our exclusively-designed bin avoids the lip problem by replacing it with a much more durable,
beaded-style lip. In addition, we kept this lip flush with the top panel of the bin so that any impact would be spread
out over a larger area than just the rim — creating further protection against breakage. We have many customers
who have had our bins in service for more than 20 years… now that’s the type of ROI we like to see!
Remcon products are made right here in the USA, and we don’t cut corners. Our rotomolding process is a science,
not a guessing game. We heat and cool the polyethylene for the precise amount of time required for optimal plastic
performance. Premium molds make premium parts, and our meticulously engineered molds ensure consistent,
high-quality product. All these factors lead to a more durable and better performing product you can depend on
