The by-laws were discussed by the board members along with Jack’s recommendations as he could
not attend this meeting. After corrections are made each member will get a copy and then we will
vote on them. Thanks Donna for all your hard work on these.
The meeting rotation was discussed and it is the same, new members have first choice, if no new
members then the rules apply. (must have attended the last two meetings and have not had a meeting in the last year) Donna will have the list of the ones who have had a meeting in the last year. We
then put the names of those interested in a hat and draw.
Talked about associate members: can come to meetings , cannot vote , cannot hold office, will get
our newsletter and can go to convention but have to pay themselves.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
TLW Gift Certificates are now available through the TLW office. This exciting benefit program is guaranteed to bring customers into your business.
TLW gift certificates are available in $10 and $20 denominations. They can be given to employees for good performance, to customers for their loyalty, or to friends for special occasions. Market them to local businesses to bring more business your way.
This program is meant to increase business in your establishment. The more members
that participate, the more successful the program will be!
There is no down side to accepting them. Simply redeem them at the state TLW office.
There are no charges for the program. Imagine being able to use these coupons throughout the state. Imagine strangers stopping in because you are a TLW member and they
have a gift certificate.
Please promote use of the SafeRide Program whenever possible. Mauston Cab Service is
available in some areas during their hours, however, the TLW “Good Samaritan” program is
available to all members of the TLW anytime. If you can provide a driver (100%sober, with a
valid driver’s license and covered by insurance) JCTL will reimburse your driver for taking a
patron home. This is only good for rides home (not to another establishment). Pick up vouchers at the
meetings or contact the JCTL SafeRide Coordinator if you need more details. Nancy Ennis cell phone is
608-548-3780.
