Anwendung:
Das neue Soccer City Stadion in Johannesburg für die Fußball Weltmeisterschaft 2010 umfasst eine Kapazität
von 94.000 Sitzplätzen für Zuschauer. Die SAS Spannstähle 950/1050 werden für die vertikale Verankerung
der Dachkonstruktion mit den Beton Stützen verwendet. Die Gesamtfläche der Dachkonstruktion beträgt
370.000 m². Die Verankerung der SAS 950/1050 Spannstähle mit den Beton Stützen erfolgt mit Ankerplatten
und Kalottenmuttern. Aufgrund der einfachen, schnellen und sicheren Handhabung der SAS Gewindestahl
Systeme, ist eine effiziente Bauzeit garantiert.

Application:
The new Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg, for the football world cup in South Africa, has a seating capacity for 94,000 fans. The SAS post-tensioning bars 950/1050 are used for the vertical anchoring of the roof
structure to the concrete columns. The total area of the roof structure is 370,000 m². The anchorage of the
SAS 950/1050 bars is realized with anchor plates and dome nuts cast into the concrete columns. Due to the
easy, fast and safe handling of the SAS thread bar system an efficient construction time is guaranteed.
