$10 for all KCBC volunteers.
SUMMER CAMP is a wonderful way to spark
a fire in a child's spiritual growth! Lake Ann
Camp early bird registration ends March
15: $10 off the cost of camp plus a reduced
registration fee. Our scholarship programs
run until the end of April. More detailed
information about KCBC scholarships is
available at the Welcome Center. Our Lake
Ann week will be July 11-16.

Deacons. Arnie Winell has served well over the last four years and our Elders and
Deacons are recommending reappointment to a new four year term. As part of
the review process, our Constitution provides for a three week period of public
comment. If a church member has concerns about a candidate serving in this
role, he or she should contact a pastor or deacon.

The Ladies Mission is collecting items to MAKE SEWING KITS for our missionaries.
They especially need donations of safety pins and loose buttons (not attached to a
card, Grandma’s old buttons are fine). Also needed are new shoestrings at least 45”
long. Place donations in the box at the Welcome Center. For questions, contact Edith
Howland (616-675-5539).
In case of severe weather, CANCELLATION INFORMATION will be posted on
Facebook (KCBC, Awana & Rhiza pages), broadcast on WOOD TV8, WZZM TV13,
and on-line for radio stations WCSG and WJQ at www.wcsg.org and www.jq99.com,
respectively. Closings will be broadcast by 7:30 am on Sundays and 3:00 pm on
Wednesdays. Cancellations are not automatic based on school closings.
