General and Minimally Invasive Surgery
The surgeons at the Wexford Health + Wellness Pavilion
provide a full range of general surgical procedures.
Often working in conjunction with colleagues in other
specialties, the staff emphasizes collaboration with
referring physicians and works with the patients to
ensure all of their questions and concerns are addressed.
Minimally Invasive Surgery
Allegheny Health Network surgeons were among the
first to use minimally invasive approaches and have
accumulated some of the largest clinical experiences with
laparoscopic surgical techniques in the country.

Plastic Surgery

Reconstructive surgery is performed on abnormal
structures of the body, caused by congenital defects,
developmental abnormalities, trauma, infection, tumors
or disease, to improve function.

n Autologous fat grafting (used in breast
reconstruction as well as some cosmetic procedures)
n Reconstruction of facial fractures
n Nasal reconstruction (cosmetic and traumatic)
