Why do we need it?
• D&O liability insurance indemnifies directors and
Officers of Non-Profit organizations from lawsuits
alleging various “wrongful acts”.
• Without coverage, your board of directors could be
held personally liability and forced to pay damages out
of their personal assets.

What is EPLI & Fiduciary Liability?
• Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI): Provides coverage
for claims from employees for discrimination, wrongful termination
and harassment.
• Fiduciary Liability: Coverage for management as it relates to their
duties as a fiduciary as a result of alleged errors and omissions in
administering a benefits plan.
