LINUS READY TO MAKE OMARK
Linus Omark (2/5/87, 5’10, 187 lbs) will join the Sabres for tonight’s game after being acquired from Edmonton in exchange for a
conditional sixth-round pick in the upcoming draft. He spent the last three seasons in the Oilers organization, where he has played in 66
NHL games, tallying 30 points (8+22). In 2013-14, he has played in 29 games for Edmonton’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate,
the Oklahoma City Barons, and led the team in scoring with 29 points (14+15). In addition to leading the Barons in scoring, he is also
currently tied for fourth-most points in the AHL.
FOUR OR MORE
The Sabres have scored four goals in consecutive games entering tonight for the first time since April 2, 2013 at PIT (4-1) and April 5,
2013 vs. OTT (4-2). With four goals tonight, they would extend the streak to three games for the first time since the last three games of
the 2010-11 season. (The streak officially ended at the end of the season, but the Sabres also began the 2011-12 season with two
straight four-goal performances.)
BESTING THE BRUINS
Ryan Miller is 26-9-7 against the Bruins in his career, with a 2.56 goals against average and a .919 save percentage. He hasn’t lost

CHANGING OF THE GUARD
Pat LaFontaine was appointed president of hockey operations for the Buffalo Sabres on Nov. 13. In this role, he will work with Sabres

As a player, LaFontaine enjoyed an illustrious 15-year NHL career, including six seasons with the Sabres, before retiring from the

BOS LW Daniel Paille was a part of the Sabres’ organization from 2002-2009. He was selected in the first round (20th overall) by the
Sabres in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He played 195 games for the Sabres, recording 77 points (35+42). He played 153 games for the
Rochester Americans, where he also recorded 77 points (35+42).

On November 13, 2013, Terry Pegula announced that the Sabres had hired Ted Nolan as interim head coach following the team’s 4-15-1 start
to the 2013-14 season. Now in his second stint as head coach of the Sabres, Nolan begins the 20th head coaching tenure in Sabres history. He
