Teen Extreme Camp is being offered the week of
July 30 through August 3, 2012.
The week will be filled with thrills and excitement for youths entering grades 7, 8 and 9. (Grade exceptions can be made, please call to
inquire, 781.294.1215.)
Space is limited so register early.
WHITEWATER RAFTING

Registration must be for the full 5-day week.
If openings are available after July 16, single day signups will be
considered ($90 per day).
Daily camp hours vary depending on the trip.

An additional fee of $5 per 15 minutes will be charged for
campers who are not picked up or dropped off on time.
The drop off and pick up site is the Halifax Elementary School
Parking Lot.
The registration fee includes all field trip fees, a t-shirt and
lunch each day.
Payment may be made by cash or check (payable to Town of Halifax).
There are NO REFUNDS.
Registration dates are TBD at the gym lobby, Halifax Elementary School, or by sending completed form to Halifax Youth, and
Recreation, 499 Plymouth St, Halifax, MA 02338. (registration
