Staff data (14 data elements) are updated nightly in NCEES, which is also called
Truenorthlogic or TNL. If data changes are required within NCEES, they must be
corrected, added, deleted or updated in the source systems. If changes are made
directly in NCEES, they will be overwritten by nightly data feed from source systems.

Common Issues that Impact NCEES Access or Data Quality
ƒ Not changing primary location when person moves to new location results in person showing active in old location in NCEES.

ƒ Not changing person to Inactive Status in Payroll when they retire, transfer, or die will result in person continuing to show active in that location. Also, payroll changes must be uploaded to the UID System.
ƒ Must ensure that object code is correct in Payroll to ensure that the person record is automatically uploaded from UID to NCEES. (Only persons with select object codes are loaded to NCEES.)
