Go to www.vlfcu.org in your browser.
When our website appears, click the Online Banking button.
Enter your account number/username and click Next.
Enter your password and click Next. If you have logged in
before, you will need to answer one of your chosen security
questions, now.
First Time Users: Contact VLFCU for us to set your
temporary password. Then follow the instructions on your
computer to change your temporary password and
establish your security questions and other settings.

Using your touch-tone phone, call: 419.621.8328 or
877.256.3336.
Enter your member number. Then press the # key.
Next, you will be prompted to punch in your Personal
Identification Number (PIN). Enter your PIN and press #.
Be Careful: If you enter the PIN incorrectly three times,
your PIN will be disabled and you must contact VLFCU
for reactivation.

digits of your Social Security number. After you enter the
system, you will be prompted to change your PIN.

Click on the Online Banking and login to your account.
Accept the Online Banking/Mobile Web Banking User
Agreement if prompted.
Go to https://m.itsme247.com/197 and login.
Or go to our website via your Smart Phone,
http://www.vlfcu.org, and click the It’s Me 247 web
badge to access your login and password screen.
