Lenin Guerrero Maldonado is the director of one of the strongest
dance companies in Mexico – Salcity of Angels. He was the National
Champion of Mexico in 2010 and International Champion of Costa
Rica in 2011. He also placed 2nd in Mexico’s 2010 Euroson Latino
Competition and 3rd in the National Salsa and Bachata Competition
in 2011. He is currently teaching and coaching teams in Cleveland
and Pittsburgh.
Lenin is proficient in the following dances: Salsa, Cuban Rumba,
Pachanga, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha, Boogaloo, and Mambo. His
unique style is full of energy, flavor, and charisma; elegant and
technical but also dynamic and passionate. Lenin and partner,
Roselyne Gonzalez have been performing and teaching at salsa
festivals and congresses in the United States and Mexico.

Alien Ramirez was born in the
city of Bayamo, Cuba. Her interest in
the art of dancing began at the age
of four. Alien started her professional
dance training at the EIA (Escuela de
Instructores de Arte, Cuba) where she
developed her skills in a multitude of
dances, such as Afro-Cuban, Latin,
Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Flamenco, and
Cuban Folklore.
At 19 years of age, she migrated to
Miami, FL and partnered with Nelson
Gaston Vidarte, with whom she obtained several recognitions and
won the 2004 World Salsa Federation Championship in two
different divisions. At the age of 21, Alien moved to Los Angeles, CA
to further her dance career, teaming
up with with many top professionals, including Alex Da Silva,
Cristian Oviedo, Rodrigo Guzman, Grizzly Hidriago and many
others. Alien has garnered 22 World Championships in various
Latin divisions. Many of her titles were won in Salsa Pro, Salsa
Cabaret, Bachata, and Women’s Solo competions at the World
Latin Cup and World Salsa Federation during 2004 - 2016.
Alien has been a dancer for several television shows, and an
assistant choreographer for “So You Think You Can Dance.”
She has also traveled around the world teaching and performing in
Mexico, Canada, Argentina, El Salvador, Spain, Australia, Germany,
Costa Rica, Colombia, Japan, Austria, Guatemala, Germany,
Morocco and many more. Her dancing style implies flavor, elegance,
and sensuality in a very unique and captivating manner.
