MarketSharp Mail Integration (Send Direct Mail)
OVERVIEW:
Send Direct Mail uses the List Views to export contact information to QuantumDigital. It is used for mass marketing
campaigns. Included with all packages except Xpress – must pay QD per mailing.
GuildQuality
OVERVIEW:
GuildQuality is located in the Admin Importing & Exporting section, Export GuildQuality Data exports job information GQ
creates and sends customer surveys to gather feedback on meeting customer expectations. A 30 day free trial
GuildQuality account is included with all packages of MS.
Listen360
OVERVIEW
Listen360 sends a survey email to gather customer feedback on a finished job and/or an unsold lead. Finished Job
feedback can be requested for specific job types or all jobs. Unsold lead feedback can be requested for any or all ‘nonsold’ appointment results types. Listen360 has plan based pricing. Customer Listen360 is located on the job tab.
Listen360 is an add-on app that only comes with Ultimate, but can be turned on for all other packages.
Sales Appointment Routing
OVERVIEW
Sales appointment routing integrated MapQuest into the appointment scheduling process to make scheduling
appointments more efficient. It provides travel distance and drive time from one appointment to another. Located in
the calendar, while scheduling a specific sales appointment from a contact record. Add-on that must be turned on in
cmc - $3 month/user.
MarketSharp Mobile
OVERVIEW
MarketSharp Mobile allows access to MarketSharp on handheld devices such as ipads and tablets. Separate license
costs are $15/user/month.
ConstantContact
OVERVIEW
ConstantContact uses the List Views to export contact information to ConstantContact, and ability to mass email in the
email assistant. ConstantContact allows you to create, and maintain templates of remodeling specific announcements
and promotions. A 60 day free trial is included with all MarketSharp packages except Xpress.
800Response
OVERVIEW
MarketSharp has partnered with 800Response for optimal call center performance. MarketSharp automatically matches
and stores recordings of all phone calls made from 800 Response numbers to existing MarketSharp contacts (based on
phone number) and automatically creates an activity. The 800Response tab in MarketSharp lists customer call-in
recordings where the phone number called from does not match any existing MarketSharp contacts. MarketSharp was
unable to link these calls to an existing contact or create an activity for that call-in event. Call recordings are stored by
800Response, and are available for 45 days. 800Response is an add-on feature with plan based pricing.
HomeAdvisor
OVERVIEW
HomeAdvisor, formerly known as ServiceMagic, is an online marketplace that connects homeowners with prescreened
and customer-rated remodeling and home service professionals. Using the HomeAdvisor Lead Web Capture feature in
MarketSharp allows HomeAdvisor leads to be automatically created in MarketSharp. This 10 day free lead preview
comes with all MS packages.
HomeImprovement Leads
OVERVIEW
Home Improvement Leads provides pre-screened and locally zoned leads. Homeowners fill out detailed quote requests
forms specific to the type of home improvement service they are interested in. HomeImprovement feeds these leads
into MarketSharp. HomeImprovement Leads comes with all packages of MarketSharp and has plan based pricing.
SmartMail Plus
OVERVIEW
Part of the QuantumDigital integration. It allows radius mailing around a completed job site. The mailing has a website
printed on the postcard, with a code. When a potential lead receives the mailing, they enter the code on the website
and a lead is created in MarketSharp. Once the code is entered, the potential lead is directed to either the SmartMail
website or a custom website for the business. Located in MarketSharp at the job level, and setup at the Admin level.
SmartMail comes with all packages of MarketSharp except Xpress.
Email Assistant
OVERVIEW
Email Assistant consists of Outlook Email, MarketSharp Email, and ConstantContact. There is an Email Assistant for
Prospects, Leads, Customers.

Outlook Email – Gives the ability to email current contact using the send email link on the Contact
Record View, or through the Email Assistant. Email Setup is in Admin. Outlook Email is available for all
MarketSharp packages except Xpress.

MarketSharp Email (formally called AutoEmail) – Ability to automatically send an email at specific
time using Email Out Activity type. Can also use MarketSharp Email for several tagged contacts.
MarketSharp Email utilizes several standard templates and allows you to create new templates. Located
in Activities and in the Email Assistant. MarketSharp Email comes with Ultimate.
Multi-Database Management
OVERVIEW
Multi-Database Management allows a parent company to manage child databases, such as a corporate headquarters
and franchise offices. The cost is $50/database/month.
Quick Lead Entry and Scripting
OVERVIEW
Quick Lead Entry and Scripting allows creating customized call scripts that integrate with the contact data entry process
for both call in and call out activities. Comes with all packages except Xpress.
QuickBooks
OVERVIEW
Integration with QuickBooks for Contact and Job information. Location in MarketSharp is on the job, and setup in the
Admin section. QuickBooks integration comes with the Standard, Pro, and Ultimate packages.
SFICentral API
OVERVIEW
For Wal-Mart - Integration with MyHomeREmovator to utilize kiosk space at Wal-Mart and collect leads.
MyHomeRenovator is paid a percentage for the leads that are generated where an estimate is given, and another
percentage if a sale is made. These leads are entered directly into MarketSharp using a designated primary lead source.
If a job is sold, MyHomeRenovator receives an additional kick-back for the lead. (When the job is sold, the AFICentral
API captures the lead information into a file for MyHomeRenovator)
For Sam’s Club - Internet leads coming from Sam's Club come straight from the Sam's club website and are delivered
directly into MarketSharp. If a job is sold, MyHomeRenovator receives an additional kick-back for the lead.
The SFICEntral API is available as an add on for all packages of MarketSharp.
Call Center
OVERVIEW
Call Center Module is designed for large call centers. It is included with the Ultimate MarketSharp package, but can be
added to all other packages except Xpress.
