In 1987 a scientific group develops a detailed
multifunctional scheme with the following

HIS “Svogija” is developed in
2005, and constantly adapts to the
National Health Insurance Fund’s
requirements for documentation of
acceptance and discharge from a
hospital,
including
hospital
statistics and billing papers.
It is designed and based on
sectional principle – every separate
hospital section has its own EHH,
and in the same time the patient has
a generated Electronic Health
Record (EHR) database with his
very own health history.

The functional characteristic of OHS consists of
three main groups:

following subgroups: physical-chemistry
factors, toxic-chemical factors and
specialized factors, which are followed by
evaluation of health risk from their influence
and reorganization of the workplace,
considering the results in an adequate way. It
is obligate to maintain the whole specialized
information for these inconstant factors.

from the National Health Insurance Fund, etc.
“ Expert Pharmacy ” is not only a storehouse
program, but also incorporates all other functions
such as accountancy, statistics, reporting.
Implementing it, the customers will be able more
successfully to manage their pharmacy and thus
achieve greater success.

Tolerance – development of preconditions for adaptation of
the IS to the user’s habits. Here should be kept in mind all
types of entrance information and ways of recording of any
concrete event.
Mistake stability – the entered information should be
subject of every familiar to the authors check and control, so
the chance of mistake to be reduced as much as it possible.
Entry type unification – every subsystem should enter
unified types of information.
Eligibility – the user can chose on his own how to present
the information at the system entrance
Flexibility – the controllers can be assigned from the user.

Effectiveness is defined as correlation between factors numbers, that
are entered in the AMIS and the number of factors that are necessary
to make a precise decision.
Information type – it concerns the possibility to add different types of
information to EHR.
Evolution – whether the elaboration of the system could be done
without replacement and only with software updates.
Archiving – it points out whether the system ensures secure back-ups
and archives.
Security level – system security passwords and level access.
Program adaptation level – it measures the provident possibilities in
the software for extension and introduction of modifications
