Greetings Fellow Sertomans:
You missed a lot if you did not attend this week’s
meeting. We had 58 attendees who enjoyed good
food and great weather. Sterling Anderson is making
us proud in Washington, D.C, after successfully completing his “pre-mobilization” in Texas. You can

Since becoming a Club Member in 1996, Reggie
has made a real and measurable difference in the
administration of our Club, and has been instrumental in allowing our Club to increase the level of
service we provide to our community. No greater
complement can be given a Sertoman, and no
greater honor can be bestowed.

this second annual dinner. We have thus far received nine

Guest Speaker ~ Phil Kornblut
treated our die-hard sports fans
with an in-depth review of recruiting for the major, and
not-so-major colleges and universities in South Carolina. Phil stated that Clemson, with 25 signees,
looked good top to bottom. USC lost three highlyregarded quarterbacks but recruited four new running
backs and will have the most impressive group of
receivers in years. (not just receivers of stolen goods.ed’s words) Phil even knows a recruit with “a size 18
shoe,who could be big”, which garnered a few snickers.
OK, I snickered. Even a guy like me, who cares as much about shoe sizes as sports,
has to be impressed with anyone who has
