RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS:
Speakers
Dr. Brooke Solberg retired in
1998 after 48 years in pastoral ministry. He and his wife
Ruth then spent 4 years as
part of the pastoral care
team in South Central Asia. A
graduate of Cairn University,
Nyack College, Evangelical
Seminary, and Eastern Baptist Seminary, Brooke served
his country for 29 years as a
chaplain in the Air National
Guard. The Solbergs have 4
children and 8 grandchildren.
Rev. Lynn Warner has retired
from his pastoral duties after
four decades of service. He
spent time on staff at The
Chapel, Akron, OH; Canton
Temple Baptist, Canton, OH;
and New Testament Baptist
Church, Miami, FL. Lynn is a
graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. He
and his wife Janet now reside
in Canton, OH. They have two
adult children.
